The staff was very friendly. It wasn’t fancy but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. They had beach towels and chairs for you to use. The beach was Avery short walk away as was fun restaurants and entertainment.

Was only there for three nights. But no one cleaned our rooms. Seems odd that a family of four would have to rely on same towels for four days. On Sunday when I asked front desk for more towels because my family just got home from beach and wanted to shower. The young lady at the front said room service was off Sunday. When I asked if she could get us some towels she said she would but we’d have to wait until she was done with lunch.

There was a little mold on the bathroom window when you opened it. Easily could have been missed if the window wasn't opened during cleaning but it did not deter me from booking again.

I chose this location for its proximity to the beach and for reviews on cleanliness. It met my expectations and was very clean and comfortable.

Would be nice for the property to invest in beach chairs. Once I was at the hotel I was told that they did have beach chairs. The chairs were from travelers who purchased the chairs and left behind. Chairs were in pretty rough shape. Since I was staying for the week I should’ve purchased a beach chair online and had it delivered when I checked in or picked one up on the way to hotel.

I DID NOT like that they have a hotel "POLICY" to keep a copy of our private drivers license information and our credit cards for two years. That is NOT legal and these hotel operators are NOT trained in INFO PRIVACY. HOTEL POLICY DOES NOT OVERRIDE THE LAW.

To be honest, the wifi was not very good. The times we did hang out in the room, the wifi was spotty at best and did not work sometimes. While the room was clean and there was no mold/mildew in the bathroom, I wish there was a fan in the bathroom. It was not very hot outside while we were there (low 70s during the day), but if it was warmer, the steamy bathroom would have made it uncomfortable in the room. Lastly, (this is not a knock against the property, just a personal opinion), I wished there was a hot tub outside.

The room was very clean. I loved having a kitchenette with a fridge, freezer, and dishes. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The courtyard was a nice spot to hang out and eat. Even though the inn is on a busy, at times, road, it was very quiet at night. The property is about a block away from Walgreens, 2 blocks from the beach, and 3 blocks from the main "drag" with tons of restaurants, ice cream shops, and live music on Fridays. While the property offered chairs to use at the beach (nice because they had backpack-style straps), they were first come first serve and we could only get one good one. If you can get chairs, hold on to them. The Inn gives you large beach/pool towels (cute with the name of the Inn on them); a nice change from the small, useless pool towels offered at some places.

No outlets in the bathroom. No kitchen towel or dishcloth. Cleaning staff did not give us clean towels each day for the three days that we stayed there.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. Nice Kitchen area. We would stay here again next year.

Pool was dirty & not heated. It is noisy because the street is so close & construction of next door building now .Reguested lower room when booked far in advanced & didnt receive.

The WiFi was unstable and made TV watching pretty much impossible because the internet was constantly buffering.

Dina the housekeeper was a wonderful person, she was extremely kind and friendly. I’m not sure the name of the female at the front desk, but she was equally kind and friendly. Basic amenities and very clean- it was perfect!

Nothing, this motel is exactly what we are looking for to stay in for a night or two.

We have stayed there many times. The room is always clean & neat. It's on a busy roadway so it will be a little noisy, until 11:00 to midnight. Its great place to sleep and meet locals. Its close to some fun restaurants and bars. If you're looking for 5 star hotel this isn't your place. If you are looking for a clean, safe, place to sleep and shower maybe watch a little TV this is it. It's also 2 blocks from the beach!! And priced very reasonable!

Better staffing hours

Denise at the desk was very helpful as we were changing reservations a couple of times. Room was decent,but not cleaned daily. Would stay there again. Close to shops,stores and pharmacies.

I did not like the weekend staff. We needed towels. The girl in the office made us wait over a hour because she was on lunch.

WARNING!! FOR THOSE WHO LIKE TO SLEEP IN. Because we were flying in from the west with a 2 hour time change we were counting on sleeping in the first day. But there is a new building under construction next door and at 7 am the almost continuous beep-beep of machines going back and forth woke us up and kept us up, even on a Saturday. I would avoid this hotel for the next few months until the building frame is complete. Otherwise its a lovely hotel.

Very clean and comfortable. My wide doesn't like air conditioning which can be a problem in the hot climate. But the room we were in had windows that opened side and back and there was a nice breeze to keep us cool. I don't know if there are windows front and back for the regular rooms, we were in an end room. The location was great - just a few minutes walk to restaurants, the beach and all the action.
