It was loud with a lot of children making noises in their room. The room was stuffy and smelled like stale smoke. The elevator and hallway had trash laying around.

The floor I was on was a lot of kids was there and they was loud and running up and down the hallway and the stairway kept hearing somebody’s door open and closing every few minutes it wasn’t really quiet I left by accident my small black speaker and I called the hotel to try to report it and I didn’t get no help about it. I just know if I ever come here again that I may not I will be extra careful to recheck and make sure I have all my items.

Well they had a nice and different set up of the room I got it was nice but they need to get it updated I think but there computer chair had spots and stains on it and the most thing I didn’t like that other people have access to other people rooms and this is not just the housekeeping people now how other people that lives in the hotel have access like that it’s no extra security there and i believe they should have that also for the people that’s just visiting I was scared to leave my room and leave my items because I wasn’t sure if I come back and my items will still be there.

The hotel room was quite outdated and clearly needed maintenance. It wasn’t the cleanest either unfortunately, there was a weird perfume smell. Pictures on booking.com are very misleading. The walls were literally paper thin, I don’t think I need to explain how I figured that out at 630 in the morning. A lot of foot traffic in and out of the hotel all night long, hotel key wouldn’t work half the time. I just didn’t feel the safest in this room. It took over 20 minutes to check out because nobody was attending the front desk, we had to go literally find the hotel attendant upstairs. Overall not worth the price at all especially after the 100 deposit, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Shady area, weed smoking outside, the hotel smelled weird, and the wait tike for checking took forever!

Pets were allowed which made travel easier for me. The room was a decent size.

To start I booked a room for 3 adults there was only enough linen for 2. When I asked the front desk I was told I have to get a trash bag, collect and bring down the dirty linen and they would wash it. Still wasn’t solving the problem of it not being enough for the 3rd person. Secondly breakfast included was advertise when booking which was false the only thing offered to guest was coffee/hot chocolate and packs of oatmeal. As far as cleanliness, the room was fair but the shower had soap scum from previous guest stays and the counter tops were sticky. The same of the room was perfect. No trash cans were located in the room for trash. There were 2 queen beds one bed was comfy but the other bed was very springy(uncomfortable).

There was a bug in the bed, the floor was sticky and greasy looking, and it smelled like corn chips 😖 The bathroom was also dirty and had no body wash. Opening a window kind of helped alleviate the smell. They never told us about a $100 deposit online until we got there so that kind of threw us off guard too.

Nonsmoking room had been smoked-in & fake deodorizer smell very annoying. $100 deposit in addition to room rate, returned 2-3 days later unless weekend then 2-3 days after weekend. $12+ parking fee. Kitchen had nothing but dish towel, no coffee cups (not even paper) & of course no coffee maker.

The fact the repairs that are being made are not the best at all, carpet in the hallways needs attention, no continental breakfast at all like advertised and worst of all they make you pay for parking

I liked the fact they have stove and microwave in the kitchen but with no pots or pans no anything and not tell you that you must bring your own equipment

Inconsistent service, daily parking fee but lot is not gated. Room smelled of residual cigarette smoke.

Quiet location, easy access to I95, I76 & city center. Full kitchen (utensils, etc from front desk).

No coffee in the morning, not to mention missing breakfast which was advertised. The hotel looks outdated inside, with multiple items inside the hotel room fixed numerous times, leaving a lot to desire.

The location was very close to the airport and the Amtrack train station. Outside the hotel looked well maintained with decent size parking.

The drive up appeal is Zero., ie scary. The Lobby is Zero: 2 chairs and a TV on the wall. The "breakfast" was a individually wrapped muffins, granola bars and coffee. We had to pay to park in the parking lot.

The linens were clean and smelled nice. The bed was comfortable.

Despite what other reviews stare, the staff for me were very attentive. Location was good for the event I attended. The rooms were not too bad, I've stayed in worse.

People being loud during quiet time. No trash bin in room only in bathroom. No cooking utensils, silverware or plates in room at all. They definitely house low income families. Blanket was thin as paper.

When the room door was closed you could see into the hallway between the door and wall. This did not seem safe. We only stayed b/c it was late at night and this was the only room we could find last minute to sleep for a bit before traveling into our destination
