i always prefer to be situated off the ground flooe and in a room on rear of building, because they always appear to be much quieter than fonrt or floor level rooms. i was given a 3rd floor room in front, even after the receptionist told me i was in luck cause most of their check outs were on the 3rd floor. i should've been given what i requested or at least told only front rooms were free. i wasn't afforded that privilege.

i left early so i didn't have the breakfast.

We were traveling with two small dogs and requested a first floor room close to an exit for efficiency purposes with taking the dogs in and out. The staff fulfilled our request; however, they could only provide us with one room key, and the key would not open the door from the outside, closest to our room. Therefore we could exit through the door, but could not re-enter and thereby we were forced to walk around the front of the hotel and through the lobby with the dogs to re-enter our room. I should also mention it cost us an additional $54/day for the dogs, which is approximately half of the room rate. Additionally, the room was equipped with a kitchen (which the counters were in very poor shape), but the hotel did not provide dish liquid, paper towels, dishes, silverware, etc. The toilet would not flush properly; it required us to hold down the lever when at a certain point it would finally flush.....slowly.

The location and staff were great, and the room was comfortable and clean.

pain problem is every room is not the same, so its often a crap shoot as to whether u have proper lighting, up to date amenities, some room carpeted, other are not, some rooms have lamps with usb charging stations, while others do not, and the idea of a single small trash bin rather than one for the bathroom, and one for the bed and lounge area, i find inconvenient. they are otherwise a dang good fit for me. thanks

i like the conveniene to the the highway and restaurants. i like they always accommodate my preference of room choice. their parking lot is lite well at night.

Very noisy location, being at the end of the hallway it was constant doors slamming. No ice machine and very limited breakfast offerings. Room had a very stuffy and old smell.

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable, only 3 pillows for a queen size bed and we where told there where none available when we asked for another. Furniture was pretty scuffed and obviously neglected but everything worked.

an improvement for me would be, all lamps having working bulbs. (this has been an issue on several says. 2 trash containers, as opposed to a single one,

convenience to interstate, lots of restaurant choices, gas, etc... well lite parking, fairly quiet location, and room corridors. fast elevator, and always an easy check in. the staff gentleman whose checked me in often is always extremely courteous, i always get a check in call making sure all is well with room.

The weekend staff were not friendly or understanding. The free breakfast was bare minimum, but what was really annoying was the lack of attention to the coffee. I mean, the only thing the hotel actually makes for this breakfast is the coffee and some hot water, and the coffee was always empty.

the air conditioning in roomms i find is difficult to keep at a decent level. its seems to get to cold or turned down too hot. they need to have cleaning staff check all lights to maake sure they all work n rooms.

nice staff this trip, quiet in corridors, clenn lighted parking lot,fast elevator, and general overall an easy stay, which is what i always look for. located near several estaablished restaurantes and gas stations.

Desk person was ice cold. No smile nothing. Never at desk always had to wait. Told us they put coffee out at 5:30am and at 6 am still nothing and no one at desk.

We booked and paid for a room with 2 queen beds. We got a single room with a queen bed. If we hadn't been so exhausted from work and travel I would have called and had it changed. It was late when we arrived.
