Clean, but, very dated and run down. Considering the cost, this was relatively expected, so, a good deal I suppose. Staff was very nice and welcoming.

The availability of staff. Check in took about a hour. Short staffed. Staff was slow. No knowledge of $100 deposit until checking in.

However, I DID NOT LIKE, that I had to stand out in the cold & it took me way too long too get into my room. (There was other unhappy customers that were waiting also) I feel like y’all were understaffed. The lady @ the front desk was very nice, when she did get to the desk. I also have video of my room, it looked as if someone slung nail polish everywhere. We couldn’t close the blinds for privacy. I had to put pillows in the window seal, so no one could see inside of the room. ALL of the inconsistencies caused me to be late for a concert that I traveled an hour & a half to see. I didn’t get to the concert until 9:30PM & it started @ 7PM!!!!!!! I feel like I should get a FULL REFUND!!!!

Late check in. Rooms weren't ready at 3. Dirty shower/tub. My traveling compainans had roaches in their room but we didn't have any in ours.

Room kitchenette, and bed were clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Lack of overall cleanliness and upkeep of the room overall. It was definitely not what was advertised in the Extended Stay promo materials. Seems to cater to workers and their families, so could hear multiple arguments on either side of my room.

It was a good location for visiting friends and allowed me to bring my dog. The bed was comfortable and refrigerator was in good shape.

Shower curtain rod was broken and the curtain kept falling to the middle. The bathroom door had fist size holes/indents. And the main door didn't sit flush with the frame. It was quiet and clean tho.

Bed wasn't THE best, but it was a clean bed to sleep in. 🤷‍♀️ I didn't feel unsafe so if you're wanting a cheap yet clean place to stay and don't care about to tier comfort

It’s really run down. I’ve stayed here before but this time it was obvious that it needed better upkeep. Also, the person that was above us was making extremely loud noise and we had to call the front desk twice before it was addressed. Our floor in our bathroom was sticky and the carpet had not been vacuumed. Will not stay there again.

1.The hotel Lobby was closed by 9:00 PM when we arrived we were just standing outside waiting for someone to arrive. 2.When we finally got someone they explained to us that all the rooms are booked and they have no room. We had reservations but she said that didn't matter. 3.Too many people drinking outside next to their cars and trucks at 10:00 PM. 4.Police parole the parking lot.

Nothing... when we arrived we were told that the hotel was fully booked and we didn't end up staying there. We explained to the front desk lady we had a reservation and tried to provide out reservation number. She said that didn't matter there is no room. When we arrived the parking was full. At each corner of the parking was a different construction crew 10-15 people just drinking outside their trucks. 5 minutes later 2 police officers paroled the parking lot. I didn't feel safe to be honest.

Everything! It was dirty. It had a broken bed and chair in the room. Really poorly kept. Breakfast wasn’t included as it says. They did not provide any pans to cook on nor any utensils, plates or cups. You had to buy it all in order to use the kitchen.

The room wasn't ready when it was supposed to be. Even after we came back an hour later it still wasn't ready.. It had bugs crawling in the bathroom, and a huge bug came out of the sink. Lumpy bed, furniture was banged up. I was not what I expected.

The staff was very accommodating and apologetic when our room was not ready on time. It was convenient to downtown.

Nothing about this experience was good. Suppose to check in at 3 did not get a room to 5 because none was ready even though we paid for it in September. The room was not ready because the desk person said the one they were going to put us in had no heat and the one room we did get had some problems but the manager was going to fix them. So the first night the refrigerator was loud all night like it was about to blow up Next morning talk to desk clerk about it she said their maintenance person wasn't there so was nothing they could do. So the second night was the same but my wife and I left as soon as we could. There was no one in the office because they didn't come in on Sunday until 10 so we use the phone and a person told us to leave the keys on the TV and shut the door. The room number was 340 that room was not ready for guest to stay in. Will not book there again.

I was not accommodated, and they did not let me and my mother check in . I also already had a reservation and they refused to let me check in . And I my card was charged and overdrawn. I will be taking legal action !!!
