Hotel seemed run down inside. Elevator was scary lol. Place was clean tho.

The fire detector was dying we had no TV remote. I couldn't get extra towels or wash clothes there was only 1 also the room smelled bad and they tried to fix it but....

The smoke detector in my room was missing and the bedside table had a dried white liquid all over it. The walls are also very thin and you can hear everyone in the hallway.

Door key pad worked only intermittently. No TV in room. Florescent light above vanity was broken. Room curtains were broken. Easy to hear activity of nearby guests.

Unreliable overnight staff. I called ahead to confirm an early check in, I arrive 5 am to find out that my reservation went to “no show”. It took 4 tries to get a clean, unoccupied room that didn’t have the AC leaking.

Close proximity to shops and amenities. Morning staff resolved overnight billing issues. I appreciated a king bed, instead of the typical queen.

Got there and they spent 45 minutes trying to check me in, part of this was booking.com fault. Finally they just gave me a room. I had to return later to pay. After I paid, they charged two different cards, they charged the card I used to hold the room and my peffered payment method. I spent a total of 1hr 15 min at the front desk.

Staff was either high or drunk, check in took about 45 minutes. Window was crack. Beds were uncomfortable. Pink mushroom growing on the tub. Pink mushroom!

So when I got there it was a bit late. So turns out they gave my room away. Then the lady(who took forever) had to find me and another customer (who I was with but not rooming with) another room because both of our rooms were given away. We both asked for doubles because we were bunking with other people. (Work Trip). So one, none of our keys worked when we got to the room. Another guy who was with us got assigned a room/key that had someone in it.... then we were assigned single rooms so everyone was mainly uncomfortable and sharing beds. Luckily we just needed a place to sleep.

Breakfast was advertised but consisted of a banana and a bottle of water in a paper bag. Only had a quarter of a roll of toilet paper in the room and no tissues. I had to go to the front desk several times to get things. It was supposed to be non-smoking but you could smell cigarette smoke and marijuana in the hallway on the second floor. I could not get the AAA discount and was told I had to do that through booking.com as well as receive a receipt.

There were holes in the bedsheets, I got there a little early but they said they had the room ready, when I got to the room it was a mess and the cleaning lady had to clean it, there was still a drink bottle behind where the tv sits, and they need mats in the bathroom cause I stepped out and fell one hand into the toilet

I liked the distance from everything, and the staff were really nice but no buzzer I was there for about an hour before I got any service

No shower curtain gor 2 days. Asked for one and was told curtain was broken...? It's a curtain. Next day they cleaned our room and left door open all day. And no shower curtain or extra towels. Had to get maintenance to bring us a curtain from housekeeping. Front desk person would not get off the phone while I stood there for 15 minutes. So I went back to the room and called from there .he finally answered after 3rd call. Breakfast was horrible. Dry biscuits and no juice and ran out of coffee. Won't stay here again. And I have a month worth of work in Huntersville with 4 guys.

People at front desk. Was put out because we had issues with room. No remote went up 4 times and no help with getting one that worked had to wait 55 min still didn’t have a working one. No heat room was freezing due to cleaning crew left ac on front desk couldn’t help. We used an electric heater we had. Sat and Sunday we were suppose to have free breakfast front desk was put out due to both days no coffee and no juice no sugar no plates and no cups. I had to call them up on both days then they didn’t do coffee correctly it was so light we thought it was tea. Forgot about the room. No trash can

I didn’t like that I was given a outside room. When I asked about changing to an inside room an option wasn’t given. House keeping never came to change sheets, take out trash , or clean in general. Most of the lightening did not work. Upon departure hotel staff knocked on the door and said I need to leave. No consideration or politeness was given

Fridge was broken and the lady tried to get smart and say "fridge been working and all of a sudden it doesn't work". Well ma'am, it doesn't work. My baby milk is warm and the freezer part is melting. I mean why would I lie...her attitude about it was uncalled for and she was getting smart. The breakfast was nasty, just didn't look clean either.

Bed was comfortable.
