The immediate smell of weed upon entry into the hotel. Also not knowing that the hotel was a place that many of the guests were actually residents. It does make a difference having this knowledge prior to booking.

I liked the location & price for the number of days I stayed there.

The rooms are overpriced to not have a hot breakfast bar/lounge or service. Didn't care for the grab and go breakfast. The vending machine wasn't accepting credit or debit cards

The entire floor had a slight aroma of weed and my room had a slight aroma of cigarettes. The entire facility seemed dated and the water pressure needs to seriously addressed.

Layout of the room and the bed was very comfortable. The majority of the staff was friendly.

If you need anything, from towels to a fork, you must ask at the front desk. The desk personnel are not particularly helpful. There was a single luggage cart with one mangled wheel, so it was useless. "Breakfast" was 2 urns of coffee, granola bars muffins and packets of instant oatmeal. There are no sidewalks on the sides of the hotel, and the single handicapped ramp is situated so that you must walk (or wheel) in the street to reach it. The front door is unlocked 24/7, so if the front desk clerk steps away, anyone can walk in. While my actual room was clean and comfortable, the public areas and staff training need attention.

My room was very clean. Having a full-sized fridge was great for my 6 night stay. The hot water was very hot. Location is very convenient to the Coliseum and Convention Center; in good weather you could walk. Hotel is pet-friendly; be prepared for barking. Parking is tight, but adequate.

Water pressure almost nonexistent in the bathroom. furniture could use updating.

Enjoyed the location and style of property. decent space. looked like the pictures. staff was very friendly and welcoming!

I didn't like that the drain was clogged & there wasn't any toilet tissue in our room.

The location was nice & convenient. We were in town for a party. The staff was awesome & I love that it's pet friendly

The continuous running water in the bathtub was never fixed. Breakfast wasn't much, just grab and go items. The rates could have been lower.

There is no lobby and no public hotel bathroom.The continental breakfast was a joke, not a good offering of items.

They have full sized refrigerators! They moved us to a different room when there was a strange smell in original roo . Both rooms were an upgrade from1 queen bed to 2 queen beds

Breakfast bar was cheap dry protein bars and limited coffee set out in lobby. could use a renovation. although clean, the Facility and rooms are very worn and need renovation

The bedside lamps did not work. We had to use the lamps on the other side of the room which means we had to get out of bed to turn on and off. I wanted to speak with front desk no answered the phone and the next morning I wanted to speak with them but they were working with someone and I didn't have time to wait.
