Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Our bathtub would not drain. I did notify the front desk when we were leaving. So, hopefully it got taken care of.
The pool was very warm. It was not what I was expecting. Usually I do not enjoy a hotel pool because they’re normally cold. Loved it!! The staff were all very accommodating and friendly.

Due to maintenance on the pool, it was not available. No big deal.
The room was comfortable. The breakfast was very good, there is ample of seating available and the service was great.

The pool was closed for maintenance which was a very big disappointment as it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel! There was nowhere indicating that the pool was closed on the website when we were booking our room & I feel that there should have been a discount for the pool closure!

The pool was down and out of order and we were not informed at time of reservation or when checking in. Although a pool at a near by hotel was available for use.

Bathroom was small, the door almost touched the toilet when open. The pool was closed while we were there. They allowed homeless people and druggie to hangout in their lobby and right outside their entrance.
The room was spacious and the breakfast was good.

Pool was under renovation but we had access to the pool at the nearby hotel. The door bolt gets stuck very easily and got our kids scared for a while.
The breakfast is great but needs oatmeal and sausages to complete it. The location is excellent, very close to a mall and EV chargers, rooms are great with sofabeds for larger families

Had to wait over ten minutes for someone to get to check in counter Toilet handle was broke had to get up several times to jiggle it bc it ran so loud… but this happens! Only other thing is carpeted rooms are not sanitary anymore would pick a hard floor anytime over carpet

Was disappointed that the pool was closed for repairs. My daughter was heartbroken. Wish they would have given a credit since all facilities were not accessible.
Great location and a fair price. Rooms were in great condition.

They should update the site to warn customers that the pool is under maintenance! The fact we had to go across to a different hotel to use their pool. Comfort Inn gives us BATH MATS AS towels 😞 very disrespectful and disturbing.

The pool was under maintenance, they told us we can use the pool of a hotel across the road which was a bit inconvenient. The suite room layout was a bit weird, where the bathroom only had a toilet and a tub while the sink was outside

They always charge my card an extra 50 dollars for incidentals and it takes forever to get it back. No other hotel does that. I never have incidentials!

The noisy neighbors in the hallway kind of woke us up as we were about to finally able to get some shut eye early morning and the A/C unit did not cool the room at all, it just blasted hot air and it was not even a cold night!

There were a few guests using the pool each time we went, which was nice. But there were never enough towels provided in the pool area. Even after we went and asked for more, only 3 more were brought, which was still not enough. This happened 3 out of the 4 nights we stayed.
Breakfast was good quality and variety. Staff was pleasant, welcoming and accommodating.

The only complaint is that we went to the pool later in the evening and the towels weren’t stocked so had to walk out wet to get towels.
