I have never seen a hotel without a elevator. No kind of meat for the breakfast. And every other guest looked like drug addicts.

It was clean and in a convenient location.

No elevator

Although it's an old building and could use new carpet/ paint, the rooms were clean. If you have ANY mobilty issues, go elsewhere as therese even stairs to get to the ground level rooms& no elevator.

Not the most comfortable rooms. We were placed on the top floor with no elevator which was inconvenient but we made it work. There was also several huge cracks in our bathroom sink that caused water to leak on the floor and when we informed staff, he simply said "Yeah, we saw the crack." instead of offering any sort of solution, so we had to use our trash can as a bucket to catch the water drain-off

The location worked well for our needs. The woman who checked us out in the morning was extremely friendly and professional. Price wasn't too bad.

We came on a weekend when only one member of the cleaning staff showed up for work. One of our rooms was actually pretty nasty in the bathroom and around the stand between the beds. Also several items were behind the tv stand that should have been removed. I believe we should have been compensated for being placed in a dirty room that we had to clean ourselves.

The breakfast had many options and were good and plentiful.

The room’s window was wide open when we walked in. The staff said it was because it had been deep cleaned that morning. Had 3 people staying in the room but only two towels. The TV remote only worked when you point the it at the back of the TV. Supposed to have breakfast in the morning, it consisted of a choice between a bagel or cereal. No elevator, had to carry bags up to the third floor.

It was easy to find and ok for one night stay.

After walking up 3 flights of stairs, the cards I was given to unlock my room #304 didn't work. I walked back downstairs and was given 2 more cards. I walked back up 3 flights of stairs only to find out they didn't work either. The desk clerk came upstairs as I was trying it. She said they had been having problems with that room and was giving us a different room, #309. She unlocked it and said she would bring us cards for that room. We went in and the light switch didn't work. After a short time, I walked back down stairs to get the cards to my new room. Overall, the room was pleasant, however, the floor of the shower made terrible cracking noises when you stood in there. I understand the hotel is under new management, and it will take time to get everything in order. I only send this in to help. I would stay here again. Thanks for asking my opinion.

The property didn’t have any elevators. The ice machine isn’t Peking and there was so much noise on our floor but there’s no one at the front desk to complain to

The hotel itself is very outdated. It could use some sprucing up and I did not realize there was no elevator which made it very Inconvenient because we were on the third floor which meant we had to carry our bags up three flights of steps.

By the time we got down for breakfast, which was around 8 AM on a Monday morning the scrambled eggs and bacon were all gone. The danish and bread/English muffins were all gone. There were two apples in the fruit basket and there was waffle batter available if you chose to make a waffle. The coffee pot was empty. Needless to say we chose to go out for breakfast.

Not quality for price. More like a $50 anight hotel instead of $156. When I entered the room the light switch didn't work. Good thing an employee was in the hallway or I would have had to enter a dark room.

The staff went above and beyond for my dad, he is displaced and a little mentally ill (or a lot) and they were very patient and kind to him. We are grateful to those gals that took care of him during his stay.

No elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. Reservation only said top floor which wouldn’t be a problem if an elevator which wasn’t mentioned there was none. Then no ice as ice machine was broken.

We couldn’t regulate the room temperature well, so it was warm. The bed was hard. The breakfast, while continental and everything was prepackaged, they didn’t have much! The rating was an 8 for this hotel, and I didn’t see how!
