Check in and out was easy. Staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable!

upon arrival our toilet was broken, the in-house phone wasn't working and around midnight someone was crashing around the hallways and banging on doors and screaming. None of that was great. Also a lot of the gym equipment is broken and the pool is closed. Even though we had three people in the room we never had more than two towels.

The staff is great. Very droll. They were on top of the broken toilet immediately and they responded very quickly to the person screaming and banging on walls in the middle of the night. The breakfast buffet is also terrific - very quick to be refilled and very clean and tidy and there was so much more there than expected. They even stock TV dinners for late-night snacking. The sofa-bed was ready to go.

When we come the day at 1:30pm, we was told room not ready, that is fine, then we come back 5pm we was told room still not ready due to lack of worker to do the clearing. we are not happy, then front deck call manager, finally found us a room near maintain room. manager also said give us 20% discount for first day. that is fine. But the room somehow have always hear noise after midnight. The breakfast is very so so, we end up eat breakfast out side at day 2.

Towels weren’t changed after 3 days as stated. Fortunately I had extra towels room was made all 6 nights

Pool was not in working condition and we were not notified. Smell of pot was heavy right outside our room

The bed was so tall I needed a step stool to get into it, while the toilet could have been bought used from a kindergarten. Sitting on it my knees were near my ears. The bath tub drain wasn’t working properly.

Breakfast was good. The hall and the breakfast room were not very clean. The room especially the bathroom were too outdated.

small room, one chair for 2 people, non working remote(2 tries with what concierge gave us) an intermittent pounding all day and night and not rectified after complaining. was not told facility was "in renovation'. Breakfast was cold cereal and 2% milk , totally unacceptable.

This motel was grossly overpriced, but it was our only option, last minute. We weren’t told that the place was under construction so some areas were messy or unusable. There was a steady knocking sound the entire night. When we told the desk person the next day she could not have cared less. The “breakfast “ is horrible, pre-packaged junk food. For $200/night in downtown Northampton we expected better.

The pool was arctic cold. The start button on the microwave was jammed therefore couldn’t get the microwave to work. The towel holder kept falling off.

The location was a ten minute walk to the center of town. The bed was comfy. The staff were friendly and nice. The hotel coffee was strong. The room was clean. Loved that the room had a working fridge.

had I known this place was undergoing renovations I’d have stayed somewhere else. spent over $200 for one night to get woken up at 9am on a sunday by jackhammering in the floor below. front desk didn’t seem to believe me when I complained. the walls are paper thin so you hear everything.

Desk/table in room was absolutely filthy. Microwave did not work. Breakfast was crap. Given that and unavailability of pool/gym, we were overcharged.

Location. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful.

Per night stay jumped $100 from Fri to Sat night. $250/night was not worth the condition of the hotel. Hotel needs some TLC and updating. Cost was a product of supply/demand for a lacrosse event in the area.

Location to our event was ideal.

I didn’t like how the towels were bagged and no communication that’s where they were. I get it because of the pandemic but not the most ideal situation. I also didn’t like how small the bathroom was because the price we paid, it should’ve been nicer.

The location was nice, right off the highway, easy to find.
