Madeline....the person who checked us in said she could see I booked and paid for two rooms but could only activate one so if I wanted a second room, which I did, I had to pay again at the hotel. Contacted both the manager and booking but as of checking out Sunday still not corrected. The kitchen area said fully stocked utensils but you actually had to go to the front desk to get them. They have a grab and go breakfast with oatmeal. After making my instant oatmeal and looking for a grab and go spoon there were none. Stirred it with coffee stirrer and went to desk to ask for spoon. No one there. Went back to my floor and Madeline...who was so not helpful at check-in... was going into rooms. I asked about a spoon for my oatmeal and she said she had rooms to finish checking on our floor and another. I explained my oatmeal was getting cold so she went down to the desk and gave me a teaspoon and two table spoons. DIRTY... you could still feel food attached to them. No soap in room for dishes so ended up cleaning one with bar soap so I could eat. The hotel itself was nice but having to pay again for something I already paid for and the unfriendliness of Madeline on top of the no grab and go silverware and then getting metal silverware that was dirty made it not a great stay.

The room was extremely dirty. There was hair on the bottom of the bathtub as well as the walls of the shower. The carpet was dirty and uncacuumed. The outlet.covers were dirty, the stove burners were caked with grease and burned food. The towels were course and dingy. The telephone in the room was dusty and dirty.

Lights did not work by the bed. Shower rod was bent so shower curtain would not stay closed, therefore water all over the floor by the toilet. Also in that corner the baseboard and wallpaper were peeling. The fan was not working in the bathroom.

The location was perfect for going to the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport. Pleasing colors and very clean. Good rates.

At check-in there was no one staffing the front desk. I had to find a maid that found someone to check me in. And at that point for whatever reason it was a scramble to find a room available. The manager had to go see if one room was ready. Checkin took 20 minutes or more. No exaggeration. After a three hour drive, and a meeting I had to pee, and there was no available rest-room. When I finally got my room i had to shower and change clothes. It was a mess. Staff was advised of my issue and did nothing. Apparently it was easier to clean up the trail left on the floor than to find me a bathroom.

The facility was clean and comfortable, and for the price and location a very good value.

The staff was rude it was beyond dirty and they never let you have clean towels, either the doors didn't unlock or the AC didn't work the bathroom was disgusting it. It did not feel like a hotel felt like a dirty low income apartment building with broken down cars everywhere abandoned barbecue grills drug needles on the ground absolute worst place ever

The staff was not friendly, she didn't smile and it seemed like she didn't want to be there. I can say that she was helpful and resourceful. The room looked clean but as we went through the room, it was a bunch of trash inside multiple draws that were in the room. Hair was on the bathroom towels. Stains on the rug and the back of the toilet was dirty. There was also a pair of crocs under the bed and a few plastic bottles. There was no phone in the room. I called front desk from my cell phone to let them know and she stated that there wasn't anymore king suites available. She came upstairs to our room to clean up what housekeeping left behind. After she was finished it was almost two bags of trash that she had to remove from the room that was supposed to be clean. I've stayed at multiple Extended Stays and this one I wouldn't stay at again!!! I'm disappointed in the housekeeper that had that suite on they're list. Housekeeping management should make sure that they're employees are opening up all draws in the room and checking under the beds as well

Room had another guest toiletry bag in it, pillows were messed up, bathroom counter was dirty and dirty foot prints in the shower. Only had one king bed room left to offer instead, did not ever even say sorry for all of this. Tiny foyer to check in. Property was dirty with guests bringing a motorcycle into the property. Property did not feel safe. Would never book here again

They accepted the reservation and even answered my communication of my arrival at 7PM. As I arrived there, the lady at the desk just said to me that they didn't have any more space for me because they overbooked and I had to search for another hotel. She even told me I should cancel the reservation (so I would be in the wrong and pay anyway because canceling so late means that)

The hallways smelt gross and dirty looking. There was no security cameras inside or outside; only by the front entrance and front desk. Our hotel room door wasn't fully secure. You could push on it and see a gap showing. The fridge had leaked all over once it was running. The room phone did not work at all. There was stuff under the beds that didn't get picked up by the cleaners. Yes, I know that this hotel is more of a stay for long period of time, but it could use some TLC and air fresheners.
