Went to check in and was given a key for the room so that I could look at it before check in for damages. A $200 room deposit charged on my credit card at check in. Check out is at 1100 and I was disturbed with a phone call at 0800 the day I was checking out to ask when I was vacating the room. Went to the lobby to hand my key in and receive a receipt for my stay and waited until the receptionist had someone go to the room to look and see if my husband and I damaged the room. The room was already damaged from rust in the bathtub, and walls, leak damage in the ceiling, cabinet doors and drawers scratched, and were difficult to open, curtains with holes in them. I was offended that they assumed I would damage the already damaged room. My $200 deposit will take 7 to 10 days for me to receive it back on my card. Free breakfast included with room, was a joke! Muffins, coffee, instant oatmeal and granola bars. Wow, I will not recommend this place ever!

We were told upon checking in that we might have noisy neighbors since they had a lot of “weekenders” staying. We had no towels, no coffee pot, no cups. We were told to come pick these up ourselves rather than being delivered to us. Got the pot , but no coffee!

There was NO breakfast! We went for my granddaughters sweet 16 weekend, they didn't even want to stay with us in the room. Couldn't get hot water for a long time. Kitchenette faucet fell off in your hand when you turned it on. There was no toaster like we thought, no coffee maker, then they gave me this mini one the next day but no coffee for it. The beds and coach was so uncomfortable as well. Comet still on surfaces in shower. Tree outside room was so infested with birds unlike we ever seen before. They didn't make the rent-a-car look pretty. My younger granddaughter thought they had 2 tvs. And nevermind the warm welcome, he was a very cold individual!

Everything else, I called twice ahead of time to check on the cleanliness of the hotel and was told the pictures were an accurate representation of the rooms just to get 5.5 hrs away from home and fund out that was not the case. The first room was horribly dirty and stunk, so they switched us to another room which was a little cleaner BUT had bed bugs which we ended up bringing home with us smh. This experience was horrible being that I was out there for a medical procedure the following morning and ended up being extremely stressed out due to having to check out and sit in the car to find another hotel room late at night. Very horrible experience, I would never stay again!!!!!!!

The rooms were so dirty. The doors were all kicked in and out. The fridge wasn't even cleaned out. There was old food in it. The plumbing did not work. The toilet was already clogged upon arrival. The sink to the bathroom did not work. There was trash everywhere outside in front of doors and around the building. It was so disgusting

Everything. I saw a total of 5 rooms to choose and they were all awful. Visibly dirty, broken cabinets and shower handles. Mold in shower and stains in tub. It was disgusting. Beds were very uncomfortable. Linen was stained. The environment was terrible. Was woken up around 2-3 am by neighbors blasting music from their vehicle. Staff did nothing to stop it. I would never stay here ever again.

Place was very run down. They handed us a key to look at the room before we checked in (we didn't ask) and we found it to be a very sketchy place. People lounging everywhere, long-term stay type residents, cars taken apart in the parking areas. The room was rough, it's also right at the entrance to a freeway. We chose not to stay.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful...but, they didn't bat an eye when we said we weren't going to check in.

Everything was bad! Didn't have hot water for 3 of the 4 day stay. Had to keep calling the office. No one seemed to know what to do. Had to cancel appts. Seems like people live there all the time. Feels dirty and run down. There were no dishes provided. Asked for a coffee pot and they were out!? What?!?? Asked for dishes and they were "out"!? Bathroom was super run down. Looks like they have had to patch the tub MANY times. Felt like you were going to fall through. Just A HORRIBLE experience all the way around. Will NEVER stay here again!!!!!!!

I know some of the stay wasn't the fault of the staff. Beds were comfortable.

it was dirty and run down. we saw a roach. the mattress on the sofa sleeper was extremely dirty. carpet was horrible, the shower knob was broken. After we took a look at the room, and once we checked in, they will not let you change rooms to try and get a better room. a lot of what looked like illegal activities. the house keeper are young kids (teens to young adults) that don’t care and just do the minimum. definitely not worth what we paid

The rooms where awful. They let you see it first, and the first one we saw was dirty and the electric outlets were burned. They told us first that we had to stay because they didn't have any more rooms available, I refused and I told them it wasn't save for us to stay there. They did give us another one. That one was not burned but it was really really dirty. At the middle of the night we saw one of the mattresses was in a really bad condition. We couldn't even use the sofa-bed because it was worse than the whole room. The experience was bad, we stayed because there wasn't anymore hotels available. The pictures they show in the website are not real at all.

This worst hotel experience ever! we get there after a long drive to a very dirty room! The toilet bowl had dried urine, old tooth paste and soap in sink. The bath tub was disgusting we didn’t want to shower in it. The room smelled really bad like pet urine. The toilet and fridge made noise all night! There was stains on walls in bathroom that looked like dried blood/ boogers. the towels provided also looked dirty. The pull out sofa is very uncomfortable and mattress stained yellow. they do not provide bedding or pillows for this. we asked for extra bedding and only gave us a couple sheets saying that’s all they had. They informed us since we checked in after 6 it was the only room available and if we left we would be charged 180 dls. I had already paid for our stay and was not informed of this or of the 200 dlr deposit they require. We didn’t even bother complaining as front office has sign that states no room changes or refunds. we will never stay at there facilities again and will not be using booking.com anymore as certain information regarding stay was not disclosed will make sure to tell everyone I know so no one goes through this.

-no breakfast because they ran out of coffee, so they put it all away. -wouldn’t give me a wifi password because it expires on your checkout day. i checked in right before midnight and needed it for work from 5am- 11am they refused. - we were told late check out but when we called the front desk they said they dont do that at their site.
