Limited tv channels with DirecTV. Needed to be snow plowed.

All the hair and grime in the shower was very disgusting. There were dirty towels left in the bathroom. The front desk girl wasn't very friendly at all.

Missing blackout curtains in an east facing room. Declined to provide a different room. Management unresponsive. Property in poor condition/disrepair. Breakfast marginal. Routine cleaning not done. Carpets and entryway not clean. Very disappointing.

We didn't like just about everything else. I'm not a complainer and not real hard to please. but, this hotel! First, no elevator. Thankfully we were packed fairly light for a 2 night stay. I asked if anyone has ever had to cancel because they weren't able to get a suitcase up to the 2nd floor? Very sweet Kelli said, no, but I've carried suitcases up the stairs before. Second, the air blew 24/7 in the room because it barely put out cool air. Thankfully the weather during our stay in Post Falls was cool enough that the room didn't get too hot. Third, no ice! I guess by the evening of our last night the ice machine was fixed, but by then, I'd gone and bought a bag of ice. The carpets were dirty in the halls and torn in the stairwells. We didn't have any issues in our room other than the air conditioner, but we heard a variety of complaints from other guests as we'd pass through the lobby. With a little investment and TLC, this hotel could be a great stay in Post Falls!

The breakfast was good. Appreciated that there was a nice Continental breakfast provided. And most everything in the room was clean. The best part of the stay... was the hostess Kelli! Very friendly, personable, helpful, and worked as fast as she could to accommodate guests. She's a big asset to your hotel.

The employees were loud at all hours.5@m we were woke up by clanging of pans, employees talking loudly… Our room was near the front desk and common area. Our window and other windows, near the front door. Employees talking outside, yelling across the parking lot… carpets were filthy. Etc. Employees were for the most part friendly and accommodating.

The price was good.

There was no soap or shampoo in the dispensers in the shower and very little soap (it would barely come out) at the sink. I asked for them to be refilled the morning after my first night but they never were filled. And only one bulb in the lights over the sink.

Bathroom in the lobby was dirty, in need of cleaning. Our room...no soap in the shower dispenser and shower head didn’t work very well. VERY poor lighting. Coffee maker was unplugged, I had to move large entertainment center (with fridge) away from wall, unplug TV and plug in coffee maker.

Breakfast was prepared well and earlier than scheduled. The cook was very pleasant-front desk staff was welcoming enough. Bed was comfy and clean.

Room was not really clear - mirror in the room was a mess. Carpet looked dirty. Trash in breakfast area still not empties when we checked-in in the afternoon.

It was very dusty. And more importantly I asked for non smoking room but I was given smoking room and I asked receptionist to change the room. And that room did not have shower curtain. And hallway carpet was never vacuumed.

Housekeeping was poor, maintenance was needed on plumbing, ac ,etc. One couple even had the door fall off of their closet.

Justin was exceptional. He managed to be pleasant and smiling the whole time, even when people were telling him how poorly housekeeping was.

The room , especially the bathroom was not clean. Above the shower was mold, that was my biggest concern. The toilet was not clean and there was a dirty water spot under the sink.

The staff was great. The lobby was very nice and clean . Breakfast choices were adequate and the breakfast area was clean.
