I didn't see breakfast. A lot of animal poop outside. Spider and spider webs everywhere. Broken things. People hanging outside daytime and nighttime.

The floor was covered with dirt and grit. Even after the next morning when housekeeping used a broom, microfiber and damp mop there was still an amount of dirt and grit on the floor.

Room had black mold growing in bathroom, only had two bath towels in room, no washcloths or hand towels. Went to check in desk and got enough for 4 people. Those towels were soiled, bed linens were stained, trash and debris under beds, smelled musty, half the outlets didn't work. Refrigerator was full size but had one shelf. Top to chiller drawer was missing.

Access to shopping and good restaurants. Pool was nice, but small. Other visitors were very nice and friendly.

Floors were dirty, no hairdryer or toilet paper. Broken toilet seat and cabinets. Hardly any dishes, one pan no pots. The ice trays were dirty. TV was the smallest I've ever seen. Sheets were ripped, the lamp was broken and no light bulb.No outside chairs.

I paid for connecting rooms and they weren't they we're actually spaced out . We only had 2 small pillows for each bed. Our feet were black from walking on the floor.

To many pet's and in the stair case it smell like pet's pee and dog poop on the grass right in front of our room so you have to watch were you step

Dirty, roaches, hair in tub, sheets had hair on it, crumbs on the floor and on countertops. NEED TO DO BETTER!! Wouldn't recommend it if you have little ones with you. And as always the pool is closed.

The whole night there was so much noise, right outside our door and upstairs. It feels as if they are right next to us. It happened all the way until very late at night. The room was very bare to the extent that there is not even a garbage can. However, whatever they had, refrigerator, sink, bathroom, everything worked well.

The hotel location was the primary reason we selected this hotel.

The floors were not well cleaned. My socks ended up filthy. The rest of the room was very clean, but this was a minor irritation. I also disliked not having tissues or paper towels in the room.

The location was great, close to restaurants, beaches, and easy access to Wilmington. We had a lot of fun in the pool. It was so nice to have a microwave and fridge. Loved being able to smoke in the room.

it needs some repairs and more thorough cleaning. a/c leaked on the floor and room was not thoroughly cleaned. tv did not work either. staff member tried to help but it was beyond they’re control.

The room wasn't upheld properly, wasn't fully clean, sheets had cigarette burns on them. Shower has somebody else's hair in it as well as the sinks.

I like how it's conveniently close towards the beach and not too far from downtown. So travel wise it isn't bad

I didn’t like the fact as soon as we got there the room had a nasty smell to it an the tv wasn’t working even after it got fixed it stopped working again, the lamp shades were lopsided, you can tell no one really put care into the room . But the bed was comfortable
