The room had roaches everywhere and who ever was staying in the room before they smoked so much in the room.

The employees was so nice and very helpful.

It's featured as an extended stay but does not have the amenities as other extended stays I have used. Did not have dishes, pots and pans unless you paid extra. The reason I use extended stay facilities is because they offer these amenities which makes they stay better, and more convenient especially when you are not familiar with the area.

Remote had no batteries. I waited over 20 minutes for desk clerk to go from room to room to find some. She acted as if it was a bother to do so. The property is over priced. Too many people hanging outside

The clothes closet cause have use curtain. The smoke alarm to be fix in the room.we have to pay extra for amenities.

The hotel is definitely not a 3 Star Hotel because it is old and had roaches and needs updating inside the rooms because the bathroom tub/shower was not appealing due to poor maintenance, the very small kitchen area needed new cabinets and new stove burners and the floor needs updating to alleviate the cracks and crevices which makes it accessible for roaches to enter the room and/or the rooms need to be exterminated to prevent roach infestation and the floor was dirty under the beds and behind the dresser and the lighting from the lamps could have been brighter.

Location of the hotel was very good because it was very close to restaurants and stores

too many people who stay in front of rooms smoking and making my dogs bark like crazy and then having to deal with complaints my dogs are barking so I have to leave my event only to see this stoned guy sitting and smoking in front of the door way of my room….yeah of course the dogs are going to bark but then find out my dogs weren’t barking it was the room next to mine!!!

Booked a king room but was given a queen room. They did discount the price. First thing I saw in room was a roach. The next thing was broken cabinets. Almost positive they just folded the used towels from previous guests. We found a ball of hair in one.

There were cockroaches in the room. One literally fell out of the toilet paper roll as I went to grab the paper. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly, it smells like cigarettes, as if the people who clean, smoked in the room. I could hear the upstairs neighbors and the neighbors behind as well.
