It was terrible experience. Starting from checking in, reception person was very unfriendly. Room was clean but it was not worth the money we paid for it. There were cockroaches!

Dirty tub, dirty floors that turned my feet black. Staff bang on the door and gave me an anxiety attack about checking out when I've been calling the office and they refuse to answer. Kicked me out of my room because they didnt have the room available that i requested so they placed me in a temporary room that nobody told me until check out I'd have to leave after 3 days in that particular room

the stairs smell like urine and the air conditioner leaked inside the room and it had roaches I killed three and the room only had one lock to the door they removed the secondary security lock

The location the private rooms quiet friendly family place. It's really clean when we arrived there was the room was bigger than I expected it to be two beds microwave stove top refrigerator full size refrigerator been here about a year now.I've stayed at a couple other hotels during the time but for the value your this is the the best hotel in the area

The bed would slide across the floor just trying to sit. The TV has a display image that would stay on the left or right side of the screen no matter what you did.. The doors had laminate peeling off of them.. And the bathroom door had a piece sticking out of it on the inside with spackle over the top of it. It was not very clean either. And to top it off the tub was unusable, it no stopper of any kind to hold water. And there is no staff or anything on Sunday. It was a very bad experience. The ratings and reviews as well as the photos were not accurate at all. Which is why I booked another hotel and left The first night.

as soon as I stepped in I was engulfed by the smell of smoke. this was said to be a nonsmoking room but the smell of smoke was fresh and could be dangerous to anyone with respiratory issues. cigarette burns were found on all surfaces including the toilet seat and the side to the vanity was ripped off. a round of gunshots were heard outside the door which made it hard to feel comfortable. the towel rack was covered in rust and so was the refrigerator which is also hazardous. I would have felt safer staying in a tent in the woods.

The Front Desk is exceptional!! I never have to wait they always have the paper work in order and ready to go. Ms. Stephanie is excellent at what she does.

Nasty, no lights, people out walking around. Coming up to your vehicle, no security.

No lighting in the parking lot, people walking and standing in streets with black hoodies on pulled down their faces, I saw a woman walking with no pants on. The security phone by the front office was ripped out of the wall. Very scary place. I never even got out of my vehicle.

Roaches and waterbugs in the room, had to buy roach spray and an extension cord for the refrigerator to work. There was a murder in the parking lot on the 1st day of my stay. One of the beds in the room didn't have a bedspread and I had to wait over 24 hours after I requested one before staff brought it to room, and then they had it balled up in their arms and threw it on the bed and walked out, saying they were too busy to make the bed.

An insect said hello , so do well to keep your suitcases closed and do not leave any food open in your room. This is an old property (well kept), comes with the territory.

This hotel is where humanity lives. The front desk team are simply exceptional. They go above and beyond for guests. I am going through a rough patch in life right now and I needed somewhere inexpensive to stay. This place exceeded my expectations. Yes your room will not be cleaned before you leave to give you your privacy. But the bed is cozy, big double fridge, on site laundry, a cute kitchenette, the heater/ac works to perfection. Hibachi buffet and shopping center within walking distance. I love you guys, keep up the hardwork. The manager is very humane and understanding of clients, she should be promoted to an area manager. Thanks
