Police were called numerous times in three days. Staff was not at front desk when I needed service. Asked for a $100 dollar at checkin never had been asked in any hotel I have stayed in ever.

Dirty. I'm not a smoker but would have appreciated cigarette disposal containers. There were butts all over the ground, in the planters & grass. "Breakfast" was a joke-horrible coffee, prepackaged blueberry or chocolate muffins. I would not stay at this location again.

The furniture and fitting are old. Also, the television and the kitchenette are not really fitting for hotel of that brand.

The hallways smelled of marijuana all the time. There were people drinking alcohol out front of the hotel. There were also cigarettes everywhere.

Very friendly staff and the location was near a lot of food options. Pet Friendly, and our Dog had a great time. A lot of people hanging out in the parking lot drinking which was not our favorite. Also the hallway reeked of marijuana so bad we almost left early.

I was unable to stay in the first room they gave me as the shower faucet was dissembled and lying in the tub. Second room’s bathroom sink leaked (poured) water onto the floor. Disappointing, because my experiences in Virginia and San Diego were excellent.

Window wouldnt shut, smell of pot wafting through room at various times, no plugs near beds for charging phones or anything else. Sunday morning front desk clerk appeared annoyed she had to answer our question

No Amenities made available in room . Toilet paper, Soap, cooking utensils were worn out and pealing, the stove wasn’t working properly, needed to cook for Family Reunion and that why I booked the room . I payed to much for 1 night for and it wasn’t worth it!

Everything was fine. Nothing fancy is exactly what I needed.

Clean bed, hot shower, decent coffee and basic to go muffin and oatmeal packet type breakfast. Very happy with it. Will stay again.

The amount of dogs was a little annoying.

The staff was great and very accommodating. The beds were comfortable.

The shower was awful. There was no pressure because the stopper didn't fully lock into place. Also, the heating system was not consistent, had to turn it up to 80 for it to even heat the room to a comfortable temperature.

The location was perfect. Right off the highway, lots of food options and easy to get to. The bed was perfect.

Need sufficient housekeeping staff and room throughly need to be checked by supervisor for cleanliness. Any repairs that need to be done should be handled before put the room is put in the system for sale. Security should always be top priority and safety measures reviewed. Poor choices for breakfast choices. Breakfast choice needs to be reviewed by corporate and offer more of a variety. The stay was ok but everything should always tip-top shape and standard all the time. Thank you.

Breakfast was minimal and full of sugar. Coffee unavailable at time of checkout. Kitchens had no cutlery. You had to ask for them at the reception desk.

I didn’t like that some of the drains in bathroom and kitchen looked rusty and dirty.

I liked how spacious the room was and how it had a kitchenette. This location was close to a Walmart and lots of restaurants which made it very convenient.

Some aspects of the room were in poor shape, meaning they needed repair. The outside of the building and the hallways appeared good, but the room itself was a little run down. Also there were a lot of people, mostly men, hanging out in the parking lot late at night.

The lady on the front desk said I cannot have a water more than 2 bottles . when I was a family of 3 people's. Also the 2nd thing I stayed there 3 nights in these 3 nights nobody came clean my room did not give us new towels . Room was very dirty and dusty.

The refrigerator was broken! The freezer was working. I needed the refrigerator for health reasons. Other: The Room is form the 70s, and its retirement years, luckily they keep it clean. Carpet - I hear keep costs low, is got to go! They need to give out at least 1 extra bar of that soap, and shampoo. They need to have paper towels to wipe the counter. They should have a hot pot.

Room was available last minute. I only used 1 Bed and it was good. The best part is that I got sleep on both nights. Staff was decent and could communicate in English, and loved the no nonsense attitude especially of the front desk lady who checked me in . her name starts with A. (was it Alison, Adison....). Any way she was good..

There were flying gnats in the room and it took quite a while for the water, in the bathroom, to get hot. The hallway floors needed cleaning and there was a constant oder in the room and hallway.

Staff was friendly. I also misread the time I was supposed to leave, but wasn't harassed by them. I wasn't awakened, each morning by cleaning staff.
