Floor hasn't been mopped in long-time cause I went wipe up spilt water off the floor & the wash cloth was black so I rinsed the cloth really good. While we were in bed for the night the manager give a man that was checking in a key to our room which would of came in if didn't have the door locked from inside. Got an sorry which was ok but still the idea that's a dangerous situation. Then when we came back from breakfast they were in our room cleaning & taking our stuff & when I hollard we were told that we had checked out when we still had they key & few things in there. We will never stay with them again

They didn’t have a iron , there were dead bugs inside the room when arrived, no shower curtain was inside our bathroom and our toilet made a loud noise all night long didn’t get any rest because of it .

The room was dirty to the point where we would wear shoes in the shower, holes in the wall, the microwave didn’t work, there was a hole in the counter top possibly where a cook top would have been.

Had to buy $15. , of bug and roach spray. Noone could sleep with room infested and crawling bugs everywhere. No place to go and office closed at night. Sorry, Never again.

Made a complaint to booking.com, the day would have the nerve to include this in there Rasta of hotel rooms. The most awful place I have ever been in. I had to request a refund because it was an awful dirty place. The mattress was filthy, the hole in the bathroom ceiling was awful, they said they didn't Supply soap, the molding on the side walls with peeling off. I can't believe that you would even have the nerve to place this in a area for people to stay.

There was not one single thing that I could say positive about this awful place. I've used booking.com for many years, and have never had a problem like this before. Because I guess I will not use booking.com anymore. I have no confidence in them don't ever, ever, stay at this place. I don't trust booking.com evaluation of various places

I did not get the room I reserved even by the next day. There were drug deals happening everywhere.

The receptionist was the only good thing. She tried so hard to get me what I asked. She had a great attitude through the entire process even my asking for a refund.

Bed is not clean it has spots The refrigerator does not work, the furniture is not clean, and the stove is not clean. The air conditioner is broken and does not work efficiently and makes loud noises, and the room smells like cigarette smoking.

I had bed bugs in my room when I woke up .. remind you the room I got when I went it had roaches so they gave us another room it was ok but my spouse woke up he had bed ug bites so he search the bed it was a bed bug on the pillow so we told the staff they were really mean and disrespectful to us they didn't do anything about it so i think something needs to be done

The room smelled heavy of smoke, so they let me check 3 other rooms and those also smelled heavy of smoke. The smell was so bad that all of my clothing began to smell like smoke as well. I couldn’t stop coughing either. The bed was on an old metal bed frame, the walls and floor had dirt everywhere, my white socks literally turned black from walking around. Here’s the worst part - there were cockroaches everywhere. On the bed, the bed frame, and especially in the bathroom. I counted well over 50 cockroaches. There was no garbage can to throw away garbage, there was no cookware to use the stove, I had no working TV in my room, and the neighbors to the right of me had their tv volume as loud as possible until 3 am. It also looks like they have some full time residents (homeless people) that are smoking and drinking all night throughout the place.

Absolutely nothing. This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in over the last 10 years.

I don't like see the roaches that is a dead and alu e walk around.... and lot lot of noises etc I said no more.... light broken and water leaks from thr window and smell mold bad..

They would need more clean clean up the shower and the sheet blankets etc... mop the floor because of the sticky and lot of dead roaches... very nasty and the shower tub is very dirty like a black line around... nasty nasty

I did not stay in this property because is was moldy and dirty with panels missing in the room to cover up wires.No one should have to stay there. I have requested a full refund. I have spoken the the Regional Director, Anthony Sanders, 6194576491 and he has agreed to a full return.

It was full of dead roaches. It smelled like there was something dead in the refrigerator. The floor clearly had not been cleaned probably since the hotel was built. They were all sorts of unsavory people in the parking lot and standing around the property when I asked for my refund the hotel refused to give me my money back even though I did not stay there longer than it took me to open the door, look in the room and leave. Completely despicable, the health department needs to shut them down
