The facts the exit to the rear of the building smelled like pass, that once u exit there was so much animal feces outside the door, and that our toilet kept backing up.

We were told that they were overbooked, and our confirmed reservations were changed from 2 suites with a total of 4 beds. They put us in 4 single rooms. The breakfast was a grab and go with a bag of instant oatmeal with no spoon or bowl and a granola bar

I liked how friendly heir staff was and how well they kept things clean. And they also had a place available last minute when the Quality Suites in Milwaukee screwed us.

The bathroom counter had a sticky substance on it in a couple of places. We had no soap, body wash. All we had was one small tube of shampoo. The fan in the bathroom did not work, but it was noisy. The electrical outlets were not conveniently located near the bed for phone charging, unless we pulled the bed out to reach one.

It was quiet. It was nice we could have our dog with us in the room. Nice shower.

The constant smell of weed even though it was a non- smoking room. The breakfast consisted of an end table where you could pick up a granola bar or pick up a packet of instant oatmeal. We booked a King size room but we were given a Queen size room at no discount. The staff was rarely available and when asked about our issues only deflected them, making no attempt to resolve the situation.

There was nothing they could do to satisfy me after seeing the third room the young lady took me too, so she tried showing me another and at that point it wasn't anything else I wanted to see..... None of the three rooms I went to was cleaned at all, so I left

At this point I didn't like anything, every room I went to was not clean at all.... It looks like the sheets weren't changed and the young lady took me to another room and it was the same thing, it was horrible and I've always liked this place over all

There was hair all over my room. The accommodations I asked for before checking in was assured to be available, and they were not. The staff was incompetent and lazy.

Booking.com my reservation didn’t pop up on the staff computer upon arrival twice . My first reservation she couldn’t find and so I booked a second reservation while standing there and that one didn’t pop up either. Idk if she was new and unfamiliar with her job or she just didn’t receive it. So I had to pay the regular price at the desk which was a little more then the price I had originally booked. I was standing at the counter for a total of 40 min while she figured it out. I was tired and had a full day. Then I’m my room no ice bucket or cup to even have some water. But they had a partial kitchen with no dishes. It said hot breakfast but it was oatmeal and granola bars and coffee only. The staff in the morning were talking about she’s not doing anything today on a personal phone call really load so myself and other guests could hear. It was very unprofessional. I didn’t enjoy the whole experience and I don’t think I’ll ever book with booking.com again because of this. Booking.com is still sending me emails about confirming a reservation that had already passed for this same stay even though it has already passed. I never used booking.com and I won’t use it in the future.

The night manager basically threw me and my children out after we had been staying there for over 3 months because I was 30 minutes late paying for my room because I got out of work late. It didn't make any difference that I spent over $5000 a month staying there and I had the money to pay for the room when I arrived. When I was able to speak with the regional manager he was pretty condescending and didn't want to hear anything I had to say. There was also an issue with men hanging out in the area by the front entrance openly drinking and smoking. The rates for the hotel room we stayed in went from $119 a night to over $216 a night which seems absolutely ridiculous for this room even for during the playoffs.

Most of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The facility was for the most part well kept. Loved having in facility laundry for our stay. The location was convenient and close to stores, food, entertainment, hospitals and the freeway.

The Night time manager liked adding additional charges on the already overpriced room. I ended up getting out of work later than expected so me and my kids were kicked out of the hotel regardless of the fact that I had been staying there for over 3 months. When I spoke to the regional manager, he was very condescending and rude. I spent over $6000 a month at this place only to be thrown out on the street because I was 30 minutes late getting back from work. Between that, the night manager, the drug and alcohol use, and the prostitution I would have felt safer sleeping in my car.

The daytime employees were very nice to myself and my kids. Damien, Jamie, Elizabeth, and Fantasia we're very friendly and helpful for our entire stay.

Bedroom carpet was filthy—sand and grit, dried spilled food. Yuck! Back of toilet was filthy—hair and dirt on it.
