Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I still feel the price was to high.
Clean comfortable facility. The breakfast was fantastic and the “chef” was very friendly. On our trip we stayed at higher priced motels that didn’t have breakfast.

The hallway on the second floor smelled like someone had been smoking, even though all the rooms in that hall were non smoking. And in the pool area people were vaping which made us uncomfortable with little kids around.
The hotel was very nice, the staff was all incredibly friendly, had all the amenities we were looking for to make our business trip pleasurable. The breakfast was great!

Hotel was obviously remodeled around 1986. Quite outdated, but otherwise in good shape. Prices are SOOOO expensive for hotels in Montana, it's like all the hotel owners got together and conspired to fleece everyone. There is no justification for the prices hotels in Montana are charging currently.
Staff was professional and friendly. The room was clean and in good shape. Bed was comfy. Our room was a suite, so it was pretty large and included a work desk and living room area with a couch.

Our sheets and bedding was dirty/stained, but it smelled clean.
The breakfast was a freshly prepared hot meal which was a great change from usual free breakfasts.

To many children jumping into the hot tub like it was there swimming pool.
We enjoyed the fresh cooked breakfast and there was nice space in the dining area. The woman who was cooking was friendly and helpful

It’s old, and just as expensive as the new hotels, bed wasn’t that comfortable, outlet didn’t work, sauna didn’t get very hot, and smell, old carpet.
it had a huge hot tub, pool and great continental breakfast along with two waivers for a homemade breakfast.

The room was clean and comfortable. The made to order breakfast exceeded our expectations. I believe the cook’s name was Mary. She did an amazing job taking all the orders, cooking the meals, and interacting with the guests. She genuinely seemed to enjoy her job and our breakfasts reflected that.

the dog park was full of dog poop even though the hotel provides dog bags and can to trow the poop in. no fault to the owner. also a lot of sigaretta butt near the entrance. our room was facing a railroad

Our room had a weird smell, maybe from an animal being in there prior.

I accidentally booked a smoking room. The room smelled of cigarettes and I was unable to get rid of the odor even with the window open and the bathroom fan running. Next time I will be more careful when booking a room to be sure it is nonsmoking.
My room was well equipped with furniture, safe, refrigerator and microwave. It had USB ports to charge my phone and laptop.

the parking lot pavement has some damage, but other than that this motel was fantastic
the property was clean, comfortable and easy to find. it also featured plenty of dining opportunities within walking distance. the relaxation center featured a pool, hot tub and sauna which all worked fabulously.
