For the price the it wasn’t decent, furniture was broken bathroom wasn’t nice, paint was peeling, non smoking was posted but smelled like cigarettes, etc

The staff was exceptionally nice they were fantastic host and very helpful

I did get there a little before 3, so initially the fact the room 2asnt ready yet was a OK. But considering it took until around 3:30 and still had issues, including no working elevator.

It was clean, although there was water running in 2 places in the bathroom. It was a good value, even though the price I was charged was 10 dollars more then the price I was quoted online.

Maintenance never came to check my refrigerator that was barely working and housekeeping never came to change my linens or bring clean towels I had to take it down myself to get exchanged.

The lobby smelled clean, but once we got up to our floor, a horrible smell of weed and bad body order hit me right away. The carpet in the hallway is extremely dirty and stained. Our room had a horrible order as well, and the carpet was also dirty and stained. The bathroom seamed cleaned, but when I spilled water on the floor, I used a towel to clean it up, and the towel turned black. That is a big sign that the floors were not mopped. The pillows smelled like the pillow cases were not changed. Thankfully, we had our own pillows and sleeping bags to sleep on and didn't have to use their pillows or blankets. The bathroom fan was extremely noisy. It turned on automatically when you turned on the lights, so there was no way to turn off the fan. The furniture is outdated and badly scratched. We should have gone to a different hotel, but we were tired.

I liked the location, and the front desk guy was very nice. Surprisingly, the bath towels were soft!

Bare, floor in the ADA bathroom wet room had a central drain & the floor sloped to it. Very disconcerting for someone who has balance issues such as myself. No shower seat, front desk clerk didn’t bother to explain about the need to request dishes, etc. vent hood & built in light over the stove burners didn’t work, refrigerator was noisy, TV didn’t work but it could have just been dead batteries in the remote.

Even a continental breakfast would have been better than the “free” breakfast provided. My room didn’t have any towels nor did it have a shower curtain in the bath. Also, 1st place I’ve ever stayed that didn’t have a box of Kleenex in the room.

The “free” breakfast was packaged oatmeal. That’s all. Mix it in a cup. At the front desk. So not really a “free” breakfast. No place to sit down to enjoy your coffee and “free” breakfast.

Electricity kept popping off so then the air and TV would go off. I needed extra lighting due to the fact that I am legally blind, there were several lighting fixtures in the room that were not functional. Seemed to be a shortage on supplies.

The hallways had an bad odor. Went to the front desk to get extra sheets and the staff member said they didn’t have any clean. That’s I would have to bring my dirty ones down to get washed.

The call on the hotel phone before 11am about having to leave and banged on the room door continuously at 1030am to 1045am

The hotel itself but staff on the 28th to 29th were rude and did not resolve issue about full size bed but charged for a queen size
