We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaLooks like an old crappy hotel that they repainted the rooms and put new floors in. Beds are really squishy and uncomfortable. The "breakfast included" were tasteless muffins and oatmeal with light roast coffee. On top of all that there was a group of kids stomping all over the floor right above us, why not put those kids on bottom floor. Would never stay there again!

CanadaContinental breakfast was incredibly minimal, though there’s a kitchen there was nothing in it. No dishes or anything so what’s the point of having the kitchen. Rooms had a weird smell.
Fairly easy to find. Was very gracious about all the people checking in late due to things we can’t control.

United States of AmericaThe room was fine but there was hair left on the shower wall and the bathtub water spout was loose almost felt like it was going to come off when pulling the knob for the shower and half the water came out water pressure sucked and I found what look like pubic hair on a towel.

The parking lot was fenced and secured. Which provides a sense of security for vehicles and guests.

Well for starters when I got there they told me that the reservation I made through you w couldn't be located so of course couldn't call you to find out why which is a load of crap so the original reservation for $434.00 I thought was null and void because I did say I'd pay at property so I paid $636.00 then my bank tells me you took the money when I didn't authorize it ... So now I've paid $900.00 for two double beds and four nights? Then I want to stay till Friday and went through booking . Com yet again and again put my card # in and said I'll pay at property and again without my ok you took$ 143.00 and yet again extended stay said the days we're incorrect and so I went and pai$d 397.00 for two more nights so again double charged by both of you !? What's up with that? Someone is being foul in my eyes ?! I was also told I'd get a discount for having to clean my room as well as another ?!

Paid in full and the manager said he didn’t think they were the ones staying at the hotel when they came back from work. I put the hotel in her name, we have the same last name and he called her a liar and kicked them out.

Waited about 15 minutes then went to another hotel. Talked to two people at the front desk on Saturday and Sunday.
