You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaHousekeeping literally walked into my room, while I was getting dressed. No apology, nothing, just quickly closed the door. Also, the toilet in the room was TINY, my husband had to use the lobby toilet.
They have coffee available in the lobby 24 hours. They've been updating, it looks great.

United States of AmericaNothing. Got the room just for s quick escape and it served its purpose beautifully. No shampoo and limited towels but we made it work. It's exactly what you would expect for a $65 dollar room. No bugs or dirty sheets. Clean enough for sure.
The cost! Was exactly what you would expect for cost. Nothing fancy. No "table" in the room but we didn't rent it for the table. I messaged up the date of of my reservation and they switched it for me with no issues. Front desk lady was super nice.

United States of AmericaCovid has closed a number of hotel exercise facilities, but most have reopened. This hotel's gym was still closed in late June, and the whirlpool in the hotel room was also posted `out of order.' These little things matter when the hotel is located a few miles from Kewanee's downtown.
While the hotel seemed quite busy, the room was very quiet. It was also clean and comfortable.

I ended up there because I was looking for longhorn steak house and I was from out of town. The GPS took me somewhere that was wrong. I ate at a different restaurant because longhorn was not there and I made the reservation over phone eating dinner. It was late so I was happy to get a room at all. I was very pleased with the room I rented there. It was a good room and the staff was awesome.
