You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe room and all is nice but there is a problem their is baby spiders everywhere on the recliner, nightstand and all. I was super tired of working two jobs and all to even go back downstairs to exchange a room or what not. Lucky I wasn’t scare of any spiders but they are tiny and something has to be done about it. I would like to kno if I can some type of money back or what night.

The catwalk outside the rooms was dirty and there was garbage sitting outside many rooms. People were loitering outside their rooms and it didn't feel safe.
When I arrived in the room, there was no connection for the tv and a maintenance man did come up and fix the tv

United States of Americarooms smelled like cigarette smoke. The first unit had the AC unit missing with dirt all over the carpet. The counter was not cleaned in the sink was dirty. The second unit was much better and did have the AC unit in place. The sink was dirty but the rest of the place was pretty clean. The staff was very accommodating even though their property is old and probably under maintained.

I informed front desk clerk who offered another room only to advise me that the room would have the same smell. The carpet and walls need to be clean to rid the room of this health hazard; 3rd hand smoke. I asked for a discount, but was not given. I reserved and paid for 2 nights, I only stayed overnight. Couldn't breathe

United States of AmericaThe floor was filthy. Apparently the people before me must have had a dog or something because there were smears all over around the bed that I stepped in. It wasn't pleasant. Also there was food under the bathroom counter so I know it wasn't even swept. I was there for medical issues and the floor should have been cleaned better. Also someone knocked on my door the first night at 10pm and the second night at 11:30pm.
I liked the kitchen and the bathroom was very spacious. There was no breakfast because of covid or this facility that I stayed at didn't offer one, or no one told me.
