Booked online for a room with ocean views but instead was placed on the 1st floor with parking lot views maybe if I was taller I could see some water over the other hotel building next door. Other than that. Place was okay.

The price was decent for the night and the breakfast was great!

Housekeeping never came to switch out towels and when we ask for clean sheets and towels they said they would bring them but never came back. We stayed 4 days. We had to go down at night time to front desk to get extra towels.

How close it was to everything. Literally parked and was able to walk everywhere: store, beach, souvenir shop, pier and restaurants.

We had to change rooms for our second night. The in window air conditioner was terrible with loud noises. The room was musty and moldy smelling. Our second room was better with the air but still smelly. Not sure if it was just because of the water so close. The room decor needs updating, particularly the bed spreads.

The location is excellent. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The morning breakfast was very good. They had fruit/cucumber water which was nice too.

The Breakfast was terrible. So bad we went and brought our own bread to toast and some cheese and fresh fruit. The lay out was bad and in such a small space. Plus The same offering every day! Use your space better and make it look attractive. Rubber omelettes, dry potatoes and anaemia sausages. The bread was sweet It had waffle maker but we don’t do sweet at breakfast. Natural yogurt, decent bread for toasting and fresh fruit. Would have been good

Wi-Fi was not good, kept randomly disconnecting. Several times, I had to restart my laptop to reconnect.

Size of the room. Good location. Full-size microwave and refrigerator were great to have.

The area does not feel safe at all. Me and my family were getting asked questions by people walking through the parking lot while we were sitting on the balcony. Also heard a glass break and a female screaming for someone to get off of her. Maybe security on the property would help a bit.

Nice size rooms and the balcony was nice to have . We had everything we needed in the room.

Breakfast: so, so.. Everyday they offer same things. We have to go next door hotel for breakfast twice since they didn't offer breakfast those days. No cream cheese, no bagel, no peanut butter. But coffee and tea all day available. Cleaning: You need to ask one day before if you want them to clean your room. I had to ask twice for cleaning. Towels are very small and not good. Some has tears and stains. Facility: Definitely need remodeling. Very very old. Outside looks good, but everything inside is old.

Location: perfect, beachfront and close to many restaurants, Free wi-fi and self parking available.

I didn't like having to stand outside in the cold and wind to check in. The lady behind the glass accused me of having a dog, which I didn't. I couldn't understand or hear the lady speaking to me because of the wind blowing so hard. We arrived at approx one in the morning. When I told her I couldn't hear or understand what she was saying she got mad and yelled at me. She put our room cards through the slot and went out of the room. I waited thinking she was coming back to give me instructions but she never returned. So we parked down the hill and went on a search for our room, which we finally found. When we woke up none of us could shower because there was no hot water. I went downstairs and asked about having hot water and was told it was because the hotel was at capacity . My son took a cold shower, then my nephew tried and couldn't stand it so he decided to pass on a morning shower. My niece and I decided to wait 2 hours before we showered but finally we're able to get showered very quickly with limited warm water. Also I booked a room with two queen beds but we were put in a room with two full size beds.

We liked the waffles and eggs. The sausage and potatoes were not good at all.
