Bed was horrible, kitchen has no pots or pans, hotel was noisy people talking outside until 3 or 4 am.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever been to!! Heroin addicts followed me to my room asking me for money to get well, while another man was trying to get me to let him come to my room. Their were fights in the parking lot over someone getting robbed. The heater didn't work, nor did the phone in the room.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Dirty, it took 7 hours to get towels and linen. I was told to put my Dirty linen and trash outside my room and it stayed there for 3 days. Outside my room was so dirty it looked like someone had thrown up.

Lumpy pillows. Also the entrance to the stairwell on the east end looked like it had been vandalized.

It had a kitchenette with full size refrigerator, 2 burner cooktop, microwave, all in working order. The floors were not carpet, which I like in a motel or hotel and it was clean. What staff I saw was friendly.

Hallway and stairs were extremely dirty and stink really bad. There is a lot of drug addicts and drug activity going on here. Had people knocking on my door all hours of the night. Very uncomfortable feeling for my safety. Almost all of the other people staying here we're very noisy and rude.

Floor was disgusting prob never cleaned. Toilet kept backing up tv remote was broken. Drug deals seem as soon as I drove into the parking lot. Police seen at facility twice in two days. Vagrants everywhere... Had I Been with wife or children I wouldn't have stayed second night

The hotel stated that they were having problems with the Booking.com reservation and I was told I had to pay the hotel direct and then dispute with Booking.com. My room smelled like smoke and if homeless were living in it.

I booked a room at this place and when I went to check in it wasn’t supposed to book me because you guys were booked and I lost 100$ because of your guys mess up you guys have very bad service no one helped me get my money back so for future reference I will know not to come to you guys or tell anyone I know not to get a room at your place very poor thank you!!

On 8/14 we arrived for check in at 9pm after spending the day at silverwood with family. Only to be told our rooms were not ready for check in. While checking in there were other customer coming right back to check out after seeing the conditions the rooms they had reserved were in. Non-smoking rooms smelling like cigarettes, left behind socks and shoes,clogged sink. So disappointed.

I checked out as soon as I found a hotel room for the night. The room and property looked like it was something to be rented by the hour. I did NOT feel safe. This is the second time I have been totally misled by pictures and description of a property and I will not use booking.com again.

The amount of people running around, at all hours doing God knows what.. unsavory at best. Very noisy - obviously. No coffee pot, half roll of toilet paper, no plastic glasses or cups, no soap!

The bed was comfortable, good thing I brought my own pillows., And it was surprisingly cleaner than I expected (after seeing the individuals in the parking lot)

Needed soap in bathrm and another hand towel. Loiterers hanging around. Took an hr to get checked in as 1st rm was totally unacceptable, i.e., no shower curtain, no towels or soap, no battery in remote; phone sticky filthy.

There was no breakfast. Halls and decks dirty and lots of trash to be picked up. Chris at front desk very nice but appeared to be woefully under staffed with incompetent help.

The only thing that really bothered me was that there was no soap in the bathroom at all. How do you wash your hands/take a shower without soap??? I asked at the office (it was about 11pm when I arrived) and the guy there said it was on backorder. I would think that they could go buy some in order to keep a happy customer. Those little things are essential.

The room was clean, which was very important to me. I like the idea that you can get a decent room for half the price of any other hotel/motel in town. There are a lot of travellers that don't need all the bells and whistles, they just want place with a comfortable bed (which it had), a fridge, stove, TV. It was very adequate.

Filthy stairs the worst I've ever seen, pet kibbles on floor, a layer of soup on the microwave plate, toilet was dirty. Laundry room was unusable due to filth. Went 3 miles away to wash clothes. Mentally ill people staying there not obeying motel rules felt unsafe at times.

I had a room reserved for Friday and Sat nights but needed to cancel for Friday. I tried calling in to the lobby to cancel the room for Friday night, but keep the room for Saturday. Since NO ONE answered the phone after 25 min on hold, I hung up and sent them an email saying that I needed to cancel for Friday but keep the room for Sat. When I arrived Sat night they had cancelled the room for BOTH nights!!! There were no rooms left to put us into. The attention to detail of the booking and cancellations of rooms needs to be watched more carefully...and I am pretty sure they didn't fully read or comprehend the email that I sent. It was quite an ordeal to find another room, and of course at the last minute it was much more expensive. Not happy. :(

There was nothing to like! The property is dirty and in disrepair. There is a 2-burner stove, but no pots, pans, or eating utensils. No ice maker on the property and no ice cube trays in the freezer. There was no shower curtain when we got to the room. There is no housekeeping service. There are many tenants who need to be evicted but can not be.

Rooms were not clean and ready to occupy at 3pm. MANY guests had to wait 2 or 3 hours to get into their room. Bad management not proving for the rooms to be clean on time. The room smelled like meth and there were questionable people around the place. Thought it would be a decent place for 100 bucks a night, but I guess when 100 bucks is the cheapest and everything goes up from there, then all the worst and poor people will end up here. The days of the 60 dollar a night DECENT hotel are gone! You are paying 100 a night now for ghetto places and well over 100 for anything halfway decent.

The price was the only thing I liked. 100 bucks a night.
