The area and the staff turned weird and mean . The amenities and pricing didn’t match

At first the staff and location was ok but then things started to get weird . The manager yelled at me and the area was racist

I did not do enough research and wasn’t prepared for how dingy the hotel would be. It seemed run down. The floors in the room had some dirt/dust, the bathroom floor was covered in some brown dirt-like stuff, and most of the drawers clearly hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. The sinks were dirty as well. The curtains in the room were broken and hard to move around. There was a nasty mildew smell anytime the AC was turned on. The beds and blankets were almost paper thin as were the walls

The location was great for what I needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The place was a little dirty. The staff wasn't very friendly and was a little rude. They didn't seem knowledgeable on the system as it took forever to get people checked in. It was the busiest hotel lobby I've ever seen. People were taking forever to get checked in. The first room we were given had a broken door. So we had to go down and get a different room which was simple. Both rooms we viewed were so gross. It had broken shower handles and the shower was covered in grime. We traveled for a concert. Checked in around 5 pm, went to concert. Came back around 12pm and left by 6 am. It was so loud as people were being allowed to have a huge partywith loud music. They were running up and down hallways and trashed our entire floor. Staff just looked the other way.

The location was good for us since we were attending a concert close by.

The room had a weird smell. The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling above the shower. The furniture had bite/scratch and holes in them.

They did not have any breakfast.

The hotel is very outdated and needs to be updated. Also it seems there are a lot of derelict people there. Also the elevator closest to our room was not working so we had to walk around the whole other side of the hotel with all of our luggage.

The room was gross, not sure it was cleaned correctly in a very long time. Found pubic hairs in the pull out sofa and on the tissue box. Not sure the bedding was even clean. Toilet leaked.

The first thing was a bad odor as soon as you open the door to the room that I could not remove with febreeze. The kitchenette's table was dirty. The top of the refrigerator was very dirty and does not look like it had been cleaned in a very long time. The carpet in the room had several stain in it and needed to be cleaned. I found a woman's night cap that a woman would wear while sleeping under the pillow of the couch. The inside of the drawers were nasty and dirty. There was no cover to the battery compartment for the remote control for the TV. This was Room 343.

The bed was comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom were in a good state of repair.

My children collected a film of grime on the soles of their bare feet. The entire room needed some TLC.

Quick reservation. Polite front desk person. We're able to bring our cat. Plenty of room for a quick overnight stay.

The bathroom was old. Tub needs resurfaced. Toilet not clean. I had a studio with no dishes coffee maker pots or pans in the room. I asked for these things and was told they didnt have a complete set, what specifically did I want. I was going to be handed a dish drainer with the items in it to carry to my room myself. I was leaving for the day for the event I was attending. The male who works the day shift was argumentative with me to the point that I had to say this conversation is over and I literally had to turn and walk away from him. Unacceptable to treat a paying guest this way.

The coffee could have been hot, most days it was not. For an extended stay hotel, it should have had a business office to work. Also, for breakfast, it could have offered more than just coffee and snack bars. It could have at least had some fruit, water and juice. I was terribly disappointed.

It was an older building and very dated. The rooms were dirty. The beds were not comfortable. There seemed to be a film/grime on basically everything in the room. Even the beds seemed dirty. The grab n go breakfast consisted of a muffin and a granola bar. It was very lacking. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The location was close to the event venue we were going to and was not hard to get to. The room had a decent amount of space. The room had lots of amenities, though most were not able to be used. The front desk clerk was very nice and tried to be accommodating.

My room could use some remodeling; especially in the kitchenette area. The room smelled like cigarettes and was musty. It sufficed for what I needed for 1 night-a bed! However; the room really needs a complete overall.

The outside was clean and presentable. Staff was very friendly.
