Just the price could have been more competitive for the time I actually stayed at the facility. Also, I would have preferred to have more kitchen supplies in the room or an option to have it placed in the room prior to going into the room. This was pretty much a last minute getaway and I was in and out so much that I missed opportunities to request what kitchen-ware would be needed for my time.

I loved the check-in and out staff along with how friendly and knowledgeable they are. I loved how comfortable the room and furniture were and the bonus continental-type breakfast! I will always love the option of bringing my pet family with me and the facilities accommodations for them!

Only thing I can say is that we didn't get downstairs early enough for the muffins one morning but after our experience the night before with the Airbnb we booked this was no problem for us

Amazing staff, safe area, comfy beds, we booked same night due to an unsafe Airbnb and the staff were brilliant with us. Will book again if we return to LA. Staff gave us a warm welcome and gave us plenty of laughs and recommendations of places to visit. We wanted to stay longer just because of the warm welcome we received. Top marks

I requested lower level they gave me 2nd floor. No coffee pot available. I wasn't aware that it's 25.00 per dog which Is the most I've ever paid for animals. Wasn't told the times or where to go for breakfast. They also didn't tell me I could only pay via credit card and they left the ladder, tape,screw driver they were repairing something and never cleaned up the mess. Pricey i think but I still would stay again

I left early so the maintenance lady can clean my room but unfortunately they don't have that every day. It's a $10 fee.

The staff was super friendly and the room was amazingly big! Coffee and muffins are available in the morning.

Room was clean and.bed was comfortable, although a little small for my wife and me.

Didn't have the King Room I booked. Had to take a double room instead. The attendant blamed Booking.com for offering rooms they did not have and complained profusely at how they overbooked with great regularity. She insisted it wasn't the property's fault and there was nothing they could do.

I tried contacting the property about having my husband check in for me, since I’d be in a wedding at the time of check in. But they never got back to me and it was an issue when my husband got there.

I loved it was so close to the freeway, and it was clean, big room with a kitchen for a great price.

There was some stains (looked like dry blood) on the side of bed spread. The internet WIFI connection was extremely slow. It kicked you out of the wireless internet connection every so often.

When we arrived, the trash cans outside were all very full. Additionally, it seemed like the person in the room next to us was slamming their kitchenette cabinets open and closed, so not *as* sound proof as some might like. Also the TV remote was temperamental... Either because the batteries were nearly dead, or the TV was sitting too low.

It was very easy to find the property, and it was very close to everything we were doing while visiting. Our room was comfortable and clean. I appreciated all of the amenities that were offered. They advertise "affordable vending machines", and I guess $2.00 for a super cold bottle of water wasn't bad!

Bare kitchen, no clean towels, no shampoo. Later to find out you must ask for everything. There is coffee in the entrance, no breakfast all 4 days. The staff should inform the guests the rules.

They mention it comes with breakfast. But actually it is free coffee with muffins. That’s misleading. There is only 3 pillows on a queen bed. And I asked the front desk for extra pillow and she said that she will send it to my room, but never arrived. The bed mattress was not level or old. So I canceled my three nights from March 7 to 10
