Breakfast menu could be improved. And a little warmer where you eat. Didn't feel like there was much heat

I have booked online several times and this was one of the best stays that I could ask for. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast menu

Everything. It smelt horrible, it wasn't the cleanest, they had no conditionar just shampoo. Staff was friendly and thats about it. Very out dated which is fine but it needs work. It needs painted, and updated. I sadly wouldn't recommend this place.

The entire hotel smelled like smoke. They put us down a sectioned off hallway and it was so smoky. Supposedly, we were in a non-smoking room but there were several burn holes. It appeared that people lived there. The front desk had a worker eating(she was sent to see if there was a specific room for us) there was a man sitting on the sofa in lobby, we arrived around midnight. There were medications on the desk where the attendant was at checking us in. I can’t believe the name Wyndham is behind this hotel. This was definitely more like a motel. I will say one employee did offer to help me pack our luggage up the stairs because there was no elevators, which was nice of her to offer.

The price was the only thing I liked about this property. What breakfast, there was hardly anything.

Would like better lighting in parking areas.

Surprisingly nice place with an excellent price. Room was very nice, updated tv with local cable, good amenities, and very quiet. Internet support could have been a little better but was adequate.

The hotel smelled terrible. There was long black hair all over our bedding and towels-basically ALL of the laundry items. Our sheets were filthy and full of burn holes. It took almost an hour and three trips out of our room to get clean bedding from the staff. It’s three floors and no elevators (not a problem for us but could be for some people.) Stairwells had filthy broken windows and broken screens, could be a safety issue for kids! A free breakfast was offered but after our experiences in the smelly hallways and our dirty/hairy room, no way were we even going to consider it! Do yourself a favor, book elsewhere!

We stayed for a float trip weekend. Due to this being a chain hotel, I assumed it would be okay even with the reduced price- I was wrong. I wanted something affordable so that just we had showers, AC and a bed. The “extended stay” is on the first floor and it’s all nasty and sketchy. We had our sons with us (ages 9 and 13) and I was very uncomfortable due to the people who were hanging around and leaving exterior doors propped open for access to everyone. The entire hotel smells of smoke, and our smoke detector didn’t have batteries due to the overwhelming smell of smoke everywhere. No elevator- stairs only. It wasn’t filthy- but it wasn’t “clean” either. It served the purpose for what we needed, but I would never consider staying here again. EVER.

The place was musky smelling. Not horribly but enough that it was off putting but quite noticable. The air conditioning was crazy! It was hot in the room. Someone came in and touched something and it was up and running. 5 hours later it was 47 degrees and we had to unplug it to keep the icicles from forming!

They have some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in and the staff was crazy good!

Could not understand the clerk, didn't speak very good english. Room was musky, chair smelled like a wet dog and the room stank. Door wouldn't shut without slamming. Put our luggage against the door for safety. I know that I should have left, but I had been on the road for over 12 hours and was needing rest.

Gave us wrong kind of room reserved. Had to go have room keys reactivated 2nd day. Not clean, non-smoking room didn’t smell like smoke, but open the door and it was everywhere. Breakfast was bagels in a zip lock bag and some brown bananas

Lobby was confusing. Leftover food from someone's BBQ sitting out all night and day. Light bulb missing in bathroom. Very dim lighting.

The smell of the room was sooo disgusting. We even used fabrize and that didn't cover the smell at all. The bathroom looked so gross, none of us used the shower. And you had to slam the bathroom door shut, and yank real hard to open it. The room looked like it was recently updated, but I still chose not to sleep under the sheets because they looked old and nasty.

The girl at the front desk was very friendly and nice.

When we showed up there was 2 cops. Got checked in back door wouldn't open. Started to room hallway smelled like pot. Got to room open door bed wasn't made floors were dirty.
