The front desk woman in the morning was not friendly and unaccommodating. Called for a coffee maker and she did not want to help me. Never got the coffee maker, went to Dunkin’ Donuts down the road

Had our dog and they gave us a room at the end of the hall by the outside door which was a great location, room was good especially for being pet friendly. The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was absolutely minimal. No decaf coffee, a few very mediocre muffins and granola bars. Worst I've seen in many years.

The pillows was very uncomfortable I woke up with severe pain in my neck that won’t go away & this is the second day I took pills used head pad & none of it worked now I’m going to have to go into a walk-in client to receive a stronger medication

I was happy to have the kitchen. However, every cabinet was empty. If you need spoon, call the desk and they tell you to come down and get one. Coffee maker, same thing. Cup, same thing. There was nothing in the room. Whatever you needed you had to go to the desk to get it. No ice maker in hotel either. When you check into your room there's two empty ice trays in the freezer. That doesn't help very much.

The noise. There was a party on the side parking lot with music. There were people hanging out in a car directly in front of the front doors, talking to a person hanging out of the second story window. The fire alarm went off at 9:30 am, and fire trucks arrived to declare a false alarm.

We were happy to find an affordable place close enough to the Big E. We waited until the last minute, drove in from NY, and we were glad to have a place to crash after a long day at the fair!

The kitchen was not supplied , stovetop dirty and old. Could have been cleaner. Dog fee was ridiculous and makes the cost prohibitive to come back.

The grounds were good for walking dogs and it was quiet. Beds were ok, kitchen was not.

Having to ask for everything...I think the plastic tub could of been on the counter in the room instead of having to ask for glasses, etc. My feet hurt so I walked around in my white socks during the evening...the socks were so filthy at the end of each day.. .carpets and floors should of been more than just vacuumed. The bed almost tipped over when my husband and I sat on the edge to watch tv together.

No toster or coffee maker in the room. Not enought pillow, only 3. And no ice maker in the building. You have to meke your ice in the fridge in the room. And the kitchen is all empty like no pots or plates or utensils.

Room smelled very musty. Blanket on bed had burn holes in it.

Location excellent. Rooms need to be updated. Window in room found open. Evening staff excellent and resolved window problem immediately.

The minute you walk in all you could smell was marijuana from the lobby/front desk, my children & other children were exposed to this. The first room we arrived to had a leak in the ceiling, they gave us a different one without hesitation. First night fire trucks arrived, we were not informed why. They did not send any notifications that the rooms would no longer be equipped with anything listed in the description or that they were stopping breakfast the week of our arrival. No staff available without calling someone during the overnight. lesson learned to never stay again.
