The rooms had a kitchen but nothing that could be used in it. No utensils, or kitchen items. No coffee pot in the room either and it did say you request one but when we did we were told they didn't have them. They also did not have ice machines or ice buckets. The lobby and elevator smelled like cigarettes and pot but unfortunately I feel like that is becoming the norm in most MI hotels now.

The location was close to the Great Lakes crossing mall but on a quieter side road that was not super busy so that was nice. The rooms were basic which I guess I was expecting with it being a lower priced stay. It wasn't cheap though.

The room clearly needed to be renovated. The refrigerator had scratches on it, the bath tub has chipped paint or plastic and the TV had horrible signal.

For some reason, the thermostat was set to 86° in the room and it was difficult to bring the temperature down to something normal.

It really isn't up to what we usually stay in and we aren't fancy. But our room was clean, well stocked, warm, and met our needs. Really shouldn't list breakfast on listing. A few muffins and granola bars for an offering. But the coffee was hot and fresh

There’s no indoor pool and nothing much to do beside take a walk maybe around the building and last but not least my room had a stench that smelled like bad water or moldy air

There was no coffee at 7:00. We returned at 8:30 and there was coffee, but no cups. The area was a mess and the “breakfast” was broken granola bars. Our room had a weird odor.

The bathroom sink plugged up had to ask for a new phone alarm clock in the room. Had to ask for a coffee pot. The electrical sockets in the kitchen did not work

It's smelt like an old dirty motel, cigarette smoke all over. The lighting was very dark in the hallways. Dirty towels with stains on them, dirty refrigerator, no remote control, the TV was way too small. Plugs were hidden temperature control was horrible.

The toliet was the right size for a big man.

The location was great, the facility was nice. The room was a little dusty and the staff was very helpful. We did not have any breakfast. I would stay here again.
