TV no HD and sound and picture are cutting out intermittently, coffeemaker had mold and fungus in water tank. Refrigerator was not defrosted and had a ton of ice on the rear wall. It looked like it never had been defrosted since installation. Elevator does not stop leveled with floor on one floor. It stops higher then the floor is. My door of room 217 does not shut and latch when you let it go. You have to latch it manually. If you don't do it someone can just push the door open with no access card. Found many hairs of other people on tiles in my room 217. They were still there on the last day. I stayed a week.

I liked that the breakfast had almost returned to a normal buffet because of thecovid plandemic. Eggs and bacon were missing. The waffles are great but to have some fruits on them would be nice. I liked the variety of TV channels but the pi ture and sound are cutting out intermittently on every channel. Also the TV picture is in a low resolution and does not fit to the size of the screen. It is no HD format. Air-conditioning in my room was working very well

The tubs had rust on them in both rooms I booked. Not a biggie but I’m OCD when it comes to “stains” and what not.

Loved the Waffle guy! Best “Texas” waffle out there. The staff was very friendly and had awesome recommendations on where to eat near by. They made my family and I feel at home.

Staff did not address and tell people above us to stop letting their kids run and stomp all night.

Our room was on the 2nd floor. People above us on the 3rd floor room had their kids running and jumping ALL DAY! We asked the front office several times during our stay to please address this situation as we could not sleep. Nothing was done and kids were up stomping above us at 6am! We slept 4 hours tops!

In the morning when I was shaking out the blankets I noticed that there was blood on the sheets. Not a blood stain that had been washed. It was blood with some kind of matter that had dried. It was on the fitted sheet located toward the knee/ feet area of the bed. The manager did not offer a satisfactory resolve other than to take it up with booking bc that’s where I booked.

The bed was so comfortable. We came in late and it was really cozy.

Very noisy equipment and staff all night long. Bathroom door handle was barely on, didn’t lock properly, didn’t fit (cover) the entire hole through which the handle is normally installed - there was a gap about 1/8 of an inch wide and over an inch long.

Easy to get to, for someone who is driving and not familiar with Lubbock / the area.
