The location is little odds, it is right behind Chevron gas station and next to the Freeway 22 so it can be easily missed; luckily it is well marked so pay attention closely. Other than everything is good.

The hotel is good for a price. It is clean and comfortable. Staff are nice.

Unit 101, right next to the office. The shower curtain rod was angled in such a way that the curtain would not stay up. The window shelf in the shower was DISGUSTING, with literal rusty nails and other random junk sitting inches away from my head when I'm trying to get clean. Our front door had a hole in the bottom like someone deliberately cut a mousehole.

Air conditioning was simple and worked well. Location was convenient as we were just passing through town.

This is a very basic motel. The room was adequate but somewhat stark. No safe in the room. Upon arrival there were only towels for one person although we registered for 2. They missed cleaning one day but all other days they did a good job. I wonder where they got those tiny wafers of soap. You could hardly get them to suds up at all. It is tucked away in back behind a gas station right next to Rt 55. It is a little tricky getting out of driveway onto Katella Ave. You can only get in and out in one direction so U-turns will be necessary depending on where you are headed.

this was the closest hotel to the place I needed to travel to. My wife says the coffee in the lobby was very good. The room was kept clean. Good sized room. Reasonably quiet. Easy walk to local restaurants & stores. Front office staff were nice.

The location is very hidden, behind the gas station.

I liked that the outside was well kept up date. The room was cleaned and decent. There’s free parking but quickly fills up. Check out and in was simple.

Some things were broken like the drawer, phone to the desk doesn’t work, highway was near so you can definitely hear it, bed was very firm, pillows were small, and there isn’t breakfast, just coffee.

Next to gas station, enough parking for guests, and it’s a small area. Jacuzzi was definitely the highlight for the room. Overall place was relatively clean.

I didn't like the room they gave me because it had the microwave and the fridge at the entrance to the bathroom. Also, that room needs to be remodeled, the dresser was missing a drawer and all the furniture is old. I also did not like that I spoke at the reception to be moved to another room and they told me no. Observe that there were empty rooms. For the rest, the first visit was very good. They gave me a clean room with acceptable furniture.

I checked in very early that morning of my stay.. it was 6 am to be exact and instead of the manager telling me that I would need to check out by 11 am if I were to check in at that time or even possibly charging me an early check in fee to get at least the room for the night, he proceeded to check me in and take all my money for the only room I could afford along with a cash deposit of 100$$ but he did all this and kicked me out at 11am and then kept my deposit claiming I smoked cigarettes in the room and then called police to get me off property for trespassing.. I must have cried for hours over how this property treated me.. I don't recommend this place to anyone these people are slum lord's

I booked the room for my nephew for 10 days. He had to be moved due to no hot water in the room. They moved him right next to the area they were remodeling-so noisy, and they fenced off the only working ice machine! Then one night he returned to his room very late, and was questioned by the Santa Ana Police!! Good one of their FIVE Security Guards was around to vouch for him! Note: My nephew is not and does not look like a thug!! He also mentioned there are a number of trans people LIVING there….
