Location was great. Staff was very friendly and there weren’t too many COVID restrictions at the hotel. I would highly recommend it for young families or anyone looking to stay in Huntington Beach.

The room was very pleasant, with a small but adequate balcony. The hotel has a great location and it's convenient to get to the beach or walk around town. Grandkids loved the pools and slides.

We could not go to the roof top lounge due to a wedding party.. the jacuzzi was cold apparently waiting on someone to fix.. and the pool and places to go in the hotel closed at 10pm during the summer on a weekend.. and the pool bar closed at 6pm.

Right across the beach.. the staff was awesome.. even though there were a few issues we did enjoy our stay..

The valet scratched the entire left side of our new 2021 new Chevy truck :( They were helpful and filled out all paperwork and said they were going to reimburse us for damages. We are still waiting for our check in the mail to fix our truck since we stayed. :(

The sheets were stained. The neighbors next door were loud and spent the majority of their time smoking Marijuana. They were loud up to the point where they were making noise until midnight. The bed was anything BUT comfortable. We had to go to a massage place nearby because I couldn't justify paying the spa at the hotel to fix a problem that the beds at the hotel caused. I get paying for a resort fee... Except we did not use any of the things that were included other than water bottles daily and the wifi. Is wifi and 2 water bottles worth $33 daily in 2021? And on top of that there's the $42 valet fee. Where else are you going to park your car? Just include it in the resort fee.

The staff at the resort were highly professional, courteous and truly looked like they enjoyed their jobs which then translated into a better experience than what the dislike section reports. The proximity to the beach was great but THIS is what you are paying $650/night for!

I didn’t like that the adult pool didn’t have music and didn’t have more options for food. The bonfire experience should have more options for food as well.

The valet takes a little while at times.

Love the beach view from the rooms and I really enjoyed the balcony. They have restaurants and serve Starbucks which is a plus. And best of all they have 2 large family friendly pools.

Oceanfront.. with a very busy street in between and very loud motorcyclists at all hours.. we had a lot of trouble sleeping with all the noise.

Alot of hidden costs , i paid additionally 400 for the wifi and parking …. Astonishing!! I did not appreciate this approach at all Besides i had an issue with the cc , it was declined few times, and i had to check with my bank and finally it appeared a hardware issue

Wish there was some written material to read about amenities. Sort of a hassle to try to find out info online, or talk to desk staff. Some of them are not very helpful. The concierge on the other hand was wonderful.

It’s perfect for being able to have everything you need close in the resort. Really enjoyed the amenities and being close to the beach.

Hot water took literally ten minutes before coming to temp. Maintenance called. Seems like building design problem. Fire alarm system hit by valet setting off alarm. We had gone to sleep early due to time zone and were woken up at midnight. Hotel staff wasn’t even aware that fire alarm triggered. Very little communication during event and zero apologies from staff
