The restaurant only served a breakfast buffet so we ate outside facility or brought breakfast food at snack bar. We really wanted a nice breakfast spot with a breakfast menu and affordable, not the high price buffet for 11 people with different preferences for breakfast food.

The room is kind of small for the money. We were surprised the hotel didn’t have beach amenities such as umbrellas and beach chairs and beach toys for kids.

Cost of Breakfast, not enough parasols around the pools particularly at the weekends. Had to request your room to be serviced, otherwise wasn't done and sometimes wasn't done even when a request had made. Would expect this to be done atomically in a hotel of this standard.

Gorgeous room, family suite. Staff were lovely. spotlessly clean. Beautiful hotel, great location. Roof top bar/restaurant was lovely - amazing views.

elevators were very hard to get and took a long time. upon check in- woman was either new or didn’t care and gave us wrong directions for hotel room and sent us to wrong elevators.

There's nothing I would change. A later check out tome would be nice, but it's a busy hotel. No other complaints. It would be great if it was less expensive, but I get why it's not!

The location could not be beat. Entire resort was gorgeously decorated and clean! Many eateries to choose from. Staff was excellent! Beautiful pool area with beach views. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

They were cutting tile at the pool shower during the day. It was extremely loud and despite complaints, they continued to work. It was extremely annoying when you are trying to enjoy the pool.

The Dolphin Twin Tower room was nicely decorated and clean. The hotel provides beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach.

Only part was that our bed had a black stain on it but ones I asked for a new sheet they were able to do that and they ended up remaking our whole bed! The service was amazing! Only thing is I think they charged me double for the resort fee. When I booked and then after the stay they added more money and claimed it was the resort fee. Or happy about that!

The pools are perfect for a stay with children , good location, close to restaurants and shops, short walk to the beach, awesome views from the room and restaurants.

There is a 10om curfew for the pool and hot tub, which is very early, they should extend this. We wanted to use the fire pits, which were not being used by anyone, but missed the deadline and were turned away at the front desk. In general the staff was great, except for two of the ladies greeting us at the front desk. Everyone else (restaurant, pool, cafe, cleaning staff) were all really nice and friendly.

The hotel is beautiful, pool and hot tubs are so nice. Location is unbeatable. Roof top terrace is gorgeous, and the food was really good. Very $$ but very good. Our room was a good size, with a huge shower. Balcony overlooking the pool / ocean (on the side), was so nice.
