Parking is expensive, although seems compatible to the other locations close by. My only real issue was the bathroom door being clear therefore would wake up the whole room if someone needed to use at night. Pretty minor

Room was roomy,clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The young lady working the valet was friendly and working very hard to accommodate everyone. There was a young man on the evening shift who was not so helpful and had an attitude. He is the only complaint. Sorry my photo is of another hotel but it was about how pretty the snow was.

Breakfast was ok but some of the options were downright stale or bland. Pillows could've been better too. Bit on the flat side. And there was one day when house keeping was missed.

Located in a great central location that felt safe when walking to and from at night for a solo traveller. The room was very spacious, with kitchenette, kitchen Island, lounge area and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was rather on the smaller size but was clean and fine. Room was secure as well.

Pool could have had adult hours too many kids at 8pm. Also parking is a little difficult but doable

Absolutely wonderful stay! Stayed for 2 nights downtown Denver, staff was amazing and rooms were perfect, along with the beautiful view which pictures showed! Pool was a little small and adult hours would have been preferred only because so many kids at 8pm. Breakfast was phenomenal and open till 10am, I absolutely will stay here again!

Sofa bed was less than ideal. Mattress was lean. Feeling the springs. Upbeat look. But the dark gray/brown wood decor was dreary feeling. Needs some color and warmth.

Large size. Kitchen was great. Nice layout of rooms. Comfy, roomy modular couch. Good bed. Location. Valet parking was on time. No restaurant, but small menu at bar till 10 pm. The steak tacos were quite good. The boxed salads were large and also surprisingly yummy.

The shower was almost luke warm at best. Both morning and evening. That was unfortunate as I like the hotel but wouldn't stay there again if that's the temperature of the water. It left me feeling cold.

The restrooms are right next to the bed with a sliding glass door, which will not stop the noise or else. If you get up in the middle of the night, you are flushing right in your partner ears. The room clean-up doesn't change the towels, which is fine, but fold them are put them on the clean towel rack, even when the towels are still wet, this weird. The staff will not replenish the coffee pads or anything else, so after 1 or 2 days, you need to go to the lobby to get coffee in the morning. 54$ / day for parking is too much.

Good amount of space for a prolonged stay. The complementary breakfast is similar to your non-complementary standard breakfast in a hotel. The location is very convenient.

I was happy to know there was a hot breakfast available, however, I ended up eating very little of what I put on my plate. No whole grain options for bread or bagels (only white, processed), only offered 'grape' jam, the eggs (as is typical in these buffets at hotels) were dry and tasteless, potatoes also tasteless.

They accommodated my request for a high floor, the room was spotless, nice modern, walk in shower, comfortable bed (and pillow! which can be a game changer!). I was only sorry that I didn't have enough time to relax in my room a little longer.

The breakfast, while good, might have offered more options to reflect the international clientele, and I wasn't sure why room service wasn't carried out each day. Good valet parking service, but a bit excessive in cost.

A vibrant and modern downtown hotel with many facilities for guests. Plenty of buzz in the foyer, while the bedrooms were nice and quiet. Had a great view over the Denver skyline, and really appreciated the spaciousness of the room.

High cost of valet parking. Very poor breakfast experience. The hotel was fully booked and kitchen staff seemed unprepared to handle the breakfast flow.

Location. The manager did a fantastic job arranging to have our rooms located together, and also kindly provided a welcome gift for our guests.

The hotel had a nice bar and breakfast area, but no real restaurant. The bar served a limited amount of "pub food" which was ok, but I would have liked to have a real restaurant with a wider selection, including both meat and vegetarian dishes.

I had a suite, which is like an efficiency apartment. It was perfect for a business trip as it had a living room area, a bedroom separated by a partition in which a TV sat. The small kitchenette was very nice and the counter/dining table served a desk. Marco, the hotel engineer/handy man was great - he fixed a running toilet and helped me get online, so he's not just a building engineer but also a software engineer. Double his salary!
