The pivot bar service was horrible. I went with my husband to get a few drinks before the concert and the guy that was bartending kept ignoring me but would serve my husband and everyone else. He finally got me a rum and coke that tasted like it had absolutely no rum in it. I tried to order another drink and he took my order 3 times twice by me and once by my husband trying to order for me and never got it but resumed going and asking anyone else if they wanted a drink and serving them as soon as they asked. My husband finally asked for the check and the man said “does she still want that other drink?” It was extremely and blatantly rude. I can’t think of his name but he was serving on May 11th around 7. He definitely needs to work on his people skills and doing his job.

It was right next to the Gainbridge Fieldhouse which was super convenient for the concert we were attending. It was clean and nice. There was a worker named Greg who went above and beyond he was super nice and told us if we needed anything to let him know. I believe he was a housekeeper.

Check in was 3pm. We arrived at 310 and were told the rooms were clean but hadn't been inspected. therefore, we had to wait until approximately 335pm to get a room.

The housekeepers didn't speak English so they didn't understand when I asked for a pillow and blanket. I was told that my account would be fixed from a misunderstanding and have been charged over $600 for a one night stay that is normally $174. The pool was COLD!

We would have liked some notice that the pool was undergoing maintenance. It may not have given us time or reason to book elsewhere, but we could have saved some luggage space.

This hotel was our favorite recent travel. It was within walking distance of sports attractions, historical attractions, and the comedy club thatvwas the primary reason for our travel. The staff were very friendly and informative. Chromecast availability in the room came nine handy when the Temps outside were too cold for sightseeing.

Lack of staff for breakfast. Out of food, no utensils and no coffee by 9 am. We were disappointed at their lack of preparedness as they knew the place was sold out. Our second morning we left and went out to breakfast.
