You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The rooms seem a little too dark.and hotel seems like a little too dark. Water pressure in shower can be too strong. The breakfast can be improved. Maybe fresher bananas.
The rooms are spacious and accommodate a lot of people. I like that there are several mirrors in the room and 2 sinksand the rooms are clean. Free breakfast. Friendly and nice staff.

Our room was next to the elevator and was noisy. Chatter from guests waiting for the elevator came right through the door. It was like they were in the room.

I was pleasantly surprised. The last time I stayed here it was a dump and I swore I would never stay again. I booked here by mistake on my next trip up and was annoyed with myself, until I got there. It's been renovated and it is now clean, well appointed, comfortable and affordable and a great location. It will be my go to anytime I'm in New Jersey.

One of the two elevators was out of service, which made coming and going time consuming as we had to let elevators go that were too full. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Only one operating elevator. Some days the wait was a bit longer. The toilet in our room was the standard size but extremely low for my 95 year old mother. We enjoyed the breakfast that was included in our stay.
The staff was wonderful; very polite and extremely accommodating. The location of the hotel made is easy to navigate all of the places we traveled during our stay. We loved the fact that all our favorite shopping places were located only a few miles rom the hotel.

The windows can not be opened so we couldn't air out the room. The hotel rooms are very dated.
The staff was excellent, very courteous and professional. We made a mistake in the reservation dates and arrived at the hotel without a room, the receptionist (I'm very sorry I forgot her name, I think it was Laurel), arranged everything through Booking and made sure to arrange a room for us as quickly as possible at no extra cost. Thank you very much, You're amazing. It's good enough for one night when you are on the road's.

TV service/network poor. No guide. Poor channel selection and service. Route 73 traffic pattern difficult to follow and negotiate if not familiar with area. Breakfast hours could be extended to 11:00 AM.

Staff was excellent! Housekeeping always friendly & supplied us with everything we needed during our 13 day stay! Rooms were large, quiet & the seating & small kitchen area was nice. Hotel definitely will benefit from planned renovations. For the price of rooms there was only cable TV, subpar mattresses, dimly lit bathrooms, & no washer or dryers for long stay guests. These much needed upgrades will definitely have a bearing on any future bookings.

We can hear people outside of our room when they pass by so we think the rooms aren't that sound proof. We also asked for extra towels but it never came so we just went to the reception to ask again.
Breakfast was decent. The room was ok too, we love that there was a microwave in the room.
