The only thing I didn't like is the cars parked on the side of the road. As your coming out of the parking garage, made it extremely hard to see if anyone was coming before pulling onto the road.

This room was like a mini apartment. It exceeded my expectations actually. The hot water was amazing! I loved the electric blinds and that bed... Oh. It was heaven. The breakfast was fantastic and I would absolutely stay here again. Everything and everyone was so pleasant and friendly. It's decently close to the city as well.

I didn't like having to pay 30.00 to park. The rooms in this new hotel didn't include a microwave. If you need to heat up anything, you have to take it downstairs to the market area.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Facility was very clean and beautiful. Staff was friendly.

Evening staff was a bit cold and unwelcoming. Morning staff was very cheery and thoroughly helpful. Complimentary American breakfast are what the kids look forward to and theirs was not good. Bacon soggy, fruits frozen or bruised. Kids gave it a 2 star. $30 for parking is a little steep. I am used to $20 a day parking at other Hyatt locations or have completely waived depending on extended stays or multiple room bookings.

Located in super cute area, very modern and chic feel.I can see myself coming back with girlfriends. We had a room facing an indoor court which was refreshing.

I was surprised that we had to pay for parking, which was pretty expensive. It seems like a ripoff because the hotel was not downtown. There was no real reason to have to pay to park there. Charging $30 per night to park is excessive, especially since there was no security to protect the cars. I would have selected a different hotel if I had known this in advance.

    The breakfast choices were good.

A banquet charge of over $250 was charged to our room which was not ours. Upon checking out and seeing the receipt, I informed the desk clerk and she (Tree) immediately corrected the charges on my credit card. How this happened was not explained.

Functional modern property in Green Hills

Not a lot of staff around, usually just a single person helming the front desk.

If you don't mind staying in Green Hills which is a refined and classy area a bit south of the "action" of tourist Nashville, this place is perfect. Recently opened, facilities are in great shape, rooms are modern but comfortable, and breakfast was pretty good also (included).

Although parking (specifically handicap parking which is what I need) is available and very convenient, I was disappointed with the $30/day fee. With a hotel as nice as Hyatt Place and extremely close to the MS Clinic (next door) which is why I was there, it seems parking should be included. Previously I have stayed at hotels in the Brentwood area and driven to the clinic the next morning but decided to stay close by this visit to avoid early morning stressors like traffic; however, an additional charge of parking was a disappointment. I respectfully ask that you re-evaluate your parking fees for guests of your hotel.

The hotel is very nice, and the complimentary breakfast was very good. We liked the layout of the room and the link-up to our own apps using the QR code on the TV. The coffee in the room was also very good, and I loved that real cups were provided and not paper ones. Lastly, I thoroughly appreciated the later check-out time (noon) which gave my daughter time to get me to my MS Clinic appointment and then back to the hotel to pack up and rest a bit. Since my treatment is a 3-hour process, it was great that she could wait in comfort in the hotel room rather than in an uncomfortable chair at the clinic!

THe breakfast was terrible. Eggs were not even edible. We only ate breakfast one day. No biscuits, no pancakes. No muffins. Staff at front desk never greeted us when we would come and go. Never saw a maid. Never saw a manager. We didn't know before arrival that they charged $30 a day to park on their property, This was outrageous. I would like a manager to be aware of this and maybe offer us a refund.

Location was great. Room was somewhat clean. It was quiet.

The check in area is so small and subtle you could walk right past it. There was nobody at the desk when we arrived, and we actually wondered if it was on a different level.

It is brand new and impeccably clean. The decor is modern without being sterile. The breakfast was much better than the typical included breakfast at other hotels.

The hotel is lacking management. There were piles of trash on trashcans, no one seemed to know what was going on. When we first arrived we asked about the restaurant and we were told the chef had just quit. There were drunk people passed out in the lobby. We asked for a crib and no one ever acknowledged it. All the soaps were out in our bathroom so we requested a refill and new towels which was never done. The plumbing was loud. Overall, we went in with low expectations and the experience was sadly worse!

The remodel is very nice. The eating area downstairs was great. The location is wonderful and the area is very walkable to the mall and restaurants nearby.

We only stayed one night, and we paid over $400... Not to mention we had to pay an extra $30 for parking on top of that.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, enjoyed the shower as well. The bartender was so friendly and sweet, he made wonderful drinks. The free breakfast was delicious! And the location was perfect for where we needed to be.

Well I guess it was to my misunderstanding but I thought when you stay multiple nights that when you left the hotel room that it would be cleaned and new linens brought in. We had to go ask for extra for the next day.

It was very clean, smelled nice, had great breakfast, not too costly and the staff were nice.

It was a little disappointing that you have to pay to park and that they do not include that in the hotel fee. That being said, there is not much that you can do about something like that.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were able to assist our large group with dinner recommendations and also parking tips. We were able to relax and get a good night's rest. The breakfast was outstanding. They had cereal, oatmeal, fresh breads, yogurt bar, eggs, hashbrowns, french toast, sausage, fresh fruit, different drinks and teas, and excellent staff refilling everything. I would highly recommend staying there.
