We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaDidn’t like the fact that both of our iPhone charging cords and plug ins that we left in the room upon checkout, were never found, even after describing them. We had to go and buy 2 more sets for the rest of our trip. One of the cleaning people had to have taken them and never turned them in. Bathroom was pretty cramped. Ran out of coffee numerous times at breakfast.

United States of AmericaThe lay out of the room was odd. Hard to see and hear the TV from the bed by the window. Wished there were more traditional tables to eat breakfast at instead of the lounge/couch type furniture. My kiddos made a mess because they couldn't sit all the way up to the table. It was hard to get the return shuttle back to the Hyatt from the Gaylord. I think my family ended up taking a shuttle from one of the neighboring hotels.
Came with my family. I had a conference at the Gaylord and we needed a hotel with breakfast for my kiddos. The Hyatt was fantastic. DD and Keya at check in were so kind, friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast was hot and plentiful. The available water cooler and coffee was great to fill up before leaving the hotel. The shuttle to the Gaylord was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. The pillows were very cozy. My kids loved the cookies and brownies and definitely had more than their fair share. But it seemed like they were baking them up just for my kids. I enjoyed some tea in the evenings from the table by the elevators. So convenient. I was even able to get a late check out when I asked, but my family ended up not needing to come back for a nap. The staff was GREAT!

First the two ladies working overnight/morning were amazing. They worked the front/seating area by themselves and were completely overwhelmed with the needs of guests both mornings - but neither of them let on to the customers. They were extremely friendly, kind, and worked their tails off. With that being said, there were not enough tables and breakfast ran out both mornings.
