We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaSecurity!! Definitely need security ! Too many people coming an going on foot . Hanging out in front of ur door or window an the stair wells. So security should be a priority!!
Breakfast was decent eggs toast cereal coffee juice waffels..waffles... nice area to sit an eat . The rooms are very large beds are comfy could use some updating coat of paint replacing toilet an tubs in some rooms better locks on the doors

United States of AmericaThe old lady in the front office was very rude and disrespectful made up lies about me and tried to have me kicked off property after I paid 290.00 for the week not even 24hrs after I paid we can't have guest. My sister and mom are not aloud to come to my room and they stay here as well. The disrespect and lies are ridiculous and they allow her to do this to people. Told them the microwave doesn't work they still have not replaced it.. my stove don't work.

United States of AmericaDespite claims on internet, no coffee pot, no ice buckets/plastic cups. We went to local Walmart and purchased coffee pot and plastic cups. The freezer needed thawing, barely fit 1 bottle of water. We were staying 2 days and picked this motel because of pool. It was closed when we arrived due to adding chemicals, stayed closed our entire 3 day/2 night stay and the response was always, open later, just added chemicals. To top that, when packing to leave, a big roach was on my personal coffee cup. We will not return. I guess we got what we paid for.
The room had been refurbished, new countertop/sink and new floors, freshly painted. The painting job was not good, but was fresh and clean. The lady who checked us in tried to be helpful, went through empty rooms and found us an ice bucket and put in a few cubes of her personal ice. Upon arrival, the room was cool and the fridge cold. The bed was comfortable.

United States of AmericaSerious black mold in bathroom. It was raining so room was uncomfortably damp and humid. Was not advertised as a extended stay and I would not recommend for people traveling with young children.
Room itself was clean outside of mold in bathroom. Linens were clean and everything worked. Friendly associates. Beds were comfortable. Did have continental breakfast offered.

It started off bad because the room we received was nothing like the room reserved. We paid for a suite with a kitchenette. We got a room with 2 beds and a restroom. It was disappointing from the start.

The things I like about I’m staying at Red Roof Inn in Ardmore Oklahoma were of course breakfast every morning we got up and we had waffles and also for the biggest part the staff was very friendly and they assisted you in anything you needed the place was pretty clean. Also, the parking was great And the location was pretty awesome because I could walk maybe two blocks one way and I could get to the little strip mall that has Ross and etc. in it and then I could go the other direction and Walmart there so great all around I think this is a great hotel to stay at, and I intend to stay there again
