The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower. The bathroom needs work, paint peeling in the shower on the ceiling/walls. We were unable to watch television because the internet wasn’t working properly. We reported this to the front desk and they were very nonchalant. The internet was on in the morning before we checked out.

The location was great. The view from the room was great.

Pot smoke strong .all up down hallway .balcony. people loud throwing cans full beer over balcony. Yelling up down hallway.. till 3am or so.but I understand can not control that big of crowd.we staying in for 2 or 3 days just trying to rest and. Avoid them wanted to use hot tub but could bleach was way over whelming and well we lost about 3days of my vacation due to others actions.i stayed a whole week well over a 1000.$ but loved the room and staff..

Breakfast was closed most of my stay. But did manage to get some ff they were great.for lunch..once staff wonderful.

The room was filthy and had a ton of damage like patched ceiling, water damage in bathroom, and the headboards were about a foot and a half above the bed So you were basically laying under the headboard. The elevators were just as bad

Marijuana smell everywhere and the size of the "queen" beds.

The reservation stated it was for 2 queen beds. The beds were smaller than regular queen beds. Very frustrating. Also the entire hotel smelled of marijuana. This was frustrating and disappointing. We were there with our children for an event at Linn Creek, MO where my son graduated from Capital Academy (Heavy Equipment operation). Being in the hotel where the hallways and lobby smelled of Marijuana was ridiculous.

This building is very old. In its prime this was a wonderful place to stay. The elevator didn't work all of the time. You could see a lot of wear and tear on the building. It does appear they are starting to renovate the rooms. Like most things in the Ozarks, everything was either uphill or downhill. Our rooms were up on the hill and then it was many many steps down to the pool. I am 76 and my husband is 80. Luckily he is in good shape. The microwave had no place to plug it in because the only close outlets were being used by the mini-fridge and tv.

The price was in our price range. The pool was very nice and my grandsons enjoyed it. The rooms were clean. It would probably be a good place for a younger family to stay. It was convenient to most places we wanted to go.

Housekeeper did not show up to clean the room. I found a bug in the bathroom. Noisy AC. No breakfast included however there was a buffet available at the bar that we could have for a small amount, paid a part. Hotel looks old and dirty. Pool in the sauna had too much chemical products that we were not able to stay more than 1 minute inside.

Staff polite and willing to help. Location ok. There were pool, sauna, bar and restaurant in the hotel. Front desk provided us late check out. Hotel is at the lake.

The toilet would never shut off. I talked to the people at the desk 3 times and nobody ever even came by to check it out. Very hard to sleep.

The lake view and fishing were very good. The man who welcomes everyone in at the front door was exceptional.

Repairs to the bathtub was gross. The sidewalk between the front drive and parking lot appears to have heaved making it unsafe, at least for me. I tripped and fell hurting my hands, right wrist and right knee,

The room smelled musty and the hotel in general wasn't really kept as clean as others we had stayed at that were alot cheaper than what I paid to stay here.

It's a little dated. The balcony chairs were really dirty as were the windows in the hallway.

I like the fact the staff was very friendly and helpful. Live music was a definite plus. View was great.
