We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower. The bathroom needs work, paint peeling in the shower on the ceiling/walls. We were unable to watch television because the internet wasn’t working properly. We reported this to the front desk and they were very nonchalant. The internet was on in the morning before we checked out.
The location was great. The view from the room was great.

Yelling up down hallway.. till 3am or so.but I understand can not control that big of crowd.we staying in for 2 or 3 days just trying to rest and. Avoid them wanted to use hot tub but could bleach was way over whelming and well we lost about 3days of my vacation due to others actions.i stayed a whole week well over a 1000.$ but loved the room and staff..
Breakfast was closed most of my stay. But did manage to get some ff they were great.for lunch..once staff wonderful.

The reservation stated it was for 2 queen beds. The beds were smaller than regular queen beds. Very frustrating. Also the entire hotel smelled of marijuana. This was frustrating and disappointing. We were there with our children for an event at Linn Creek, MO where my son graduated from Capital Academy (Heavy Equipment operation). Being in the hotel where the hallways and lobby smelled of Marijuana was ridiculous.

United States of AmericaThis building is very old. In its prime this was a wonderful place to stay. The elevator didn't work all of the time. You could see a lot of wear and tear on the building. It does appear they are starting to renovate the rooms. Like most things in the Ozarks, everything was either uphill or downhill. Our rooms were up on the hill and then it was many many steps down to the pool. I am 76 and my husband is 80. Luckily he is in good shape. The microwave had no place to plug it in because the only close outlets were being used by the mini-fridge and tv.
The price was in our price range. The pool was very nice and my grandsons enjoyed it. The rooms were clean. It would probably be a good place for a younger family to stay. It was convenient to most places we wanted to go.

United States of AmericaHousekeeper did not show up to clean the room. I found a bug in the bathroom. Noisy AC. No breakfast included however there was a buffet available at the bar that we could have for a small amount, paid a part. Hotel looks old and dirty. Pool in the sauna had too much chemical products that we were not able to stay more than 1 minute inside.
Staff polite and willing to help. Location ok. There were pool, sauna, bar and restaurant in the hotel. Front desk provided us late check out. Hotel is at the lake.
