We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

no ice machine was supposed to pick some up at front desk, but staff member swinging in chair upstairs refused to come to call window after repeated knocking & calling had to go to dollar general to purchase bleach, bathroom cleaner & disinfectant wipes the bathroom floor was disgusting, i had to clean it before i’d let my wife or myself use it
didn’t get to try breakfast shower had plenty of hot water mattress was comfortable

Most important I had to request not once but twice to have my room serviced and the sheets and towels changed, even though I had the sign out on the door requesting service. It wasn't completed until after 6:00 pm after the first night there. The bathroom is in need of repair to caulk the seems of the tub and the walls. Upon entering it when checked in, I had to kill a roach! Finally, this place is located on a major highway with loud trucks traveling 24/7. Also, there are train tracks just on the other side of the highway and the trains blow their loud horns all through the night and day. Very irritating while sleeping.
The bed was comfortable.

Restroom too small, towel rack was gone. Need more comfortable beds. Bigger TV, more channels. Could hear a lot of road noise

Smell of the hotel....disturbing travels to the rooms...garlic curry.and something eles makes me ill in the gut...but very friendly at thier best.

Saw some little creepy crawlers. Ugh! The pillows were very FLAT! Bed was ok. I recommend you bring your own coffee and condiments. Also, the noise from the road traffic and the train... felt like they were in the room with us.
Price was good and location was great. Rob was basically clean. The lady in the office was really very nice.

Git to the property and guy met us at door said not water no stay. my friends were already there they had water. went back and front lady said we have water just no hot water.

The room had a slight smell, noticed the morning we checked out the coffee pot had old coffee in it. The lights flickered when using anything.

There was trash on the bathroom floor, there was gum stuck on the cabinet by the refrigerator, the carpet was sticky, the toilet wouldn't flush out. They charged me twice for the room. Once online and when I arrived. I will not be staying there again I think someone needs to go in and investigate all the rooms and inspect them

Not enough staff. Took 30 minutes to check in. I went to the front desk at 7:00 am to let them know there was no shower curtain in my room and it was locked.

There was a bloody hand print on the bathroom door. Also looks like someone blew their brains out all over one of the walls and then was cleaned with bleach that ate the paint off the walls in that spot. TV also didn't work in our room.
