Our tub jets didn’t work & I believe they knew it before they put us in the room, but we did get a partial refund!

I liked the double shower heads & the big bed & the room was pretty & spacious.

First room had no heat. Moved us to another room. Shower area was terrible. Drain must have been clogged, water filled up to ankles. No where to put toiletries in shower.

Staff friendly, great location, fireplace, and jacuzzi awesome.

We stayed 4 days, no housekeeping services. Asked for new sheets, they were put on the chair for us to put on and we got no clean linens daily. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. We even went out and bought pillows and extra blankets, didn't help at all. We have mild back issues and this was extremely uncomfortable. Also, all of our cable channels didn't work, so we were changed to a different room and had the same problem.

The hotel location and look and feel of the resort and room was very romantic. Mirrors on the wall was a plus and the jacuzzi was perfect. Loved the resort overall. A great way to celebrate our anniversary.

The bed was a little warm out and the ice machine was a little ways away from the room. It wasn't easy or comfortable to get at night

The room was huge and the Jacuzzi was clean! I loved the heat lamp and the fireplace! Location was close to so many restaurants and the Parx casino!

The size of the room and we have to clean out the jacuzzi jets before we could use it and the heater in the bathroom wasn't working!

My fiance really liked the jacuzzi in this room it was spacious and very relaxing!!! The room was clean and we were relaxed. We liked this room but not as much as the first one we stayed in this one wasn't that big but overall it was a very nice calming stay n we most definitely will come back for sure!!!

Everything was fine but the room needed some update & wat i paid for I should of got same roses on the bed or something tbh when I left I found a needle under my bed I check cuz my wife earring got stuck between the bed and the boxspring I found the needle I felt nasty when I seen it cuz I was sleeping on the bed for 3 days tbh but everything else was k & also the room smells like wet feet but that all

Everyone did the best they possibly could with what they had to work with they made the best of it I'm very happy very pleased in

Everything was just fine The groundskeepers do an impeccable job the way the shrubbery and grass was trimmed The housekeepers do the very best that they possibly can, staff behind the f front desk excellent, on all the property was very impressive, she alive a lot of initiative to keep it up kept like that thank you Joe

Multiple steps in room, we’re a concern as we are both over 70.Absence of towel bars seemed odd. Carpet on stairs was a little worn + dirty.

It was nice that they had breakfast, but it was pretty Spartan. We liked the fireplace, champagne glasses in room, shower was large + spacious + staff was pleasant + helpful. Liked the way the entries to rooms, were spread out, giving an enhanced sense of privacy.Black out curtains were very effective. No noise from adjoining rooms.convenient to our travel itinerary.

The room needs to be shampooed more often. The furniture was worn out & gross. I wasn't comfortable sitting on the chair without it covered.

Had a bit of trouble with the jacuzzi. When I thought I had turned it off it wasn’t turned off and would come back on again after a cool down. It took like three tries to finally get it to turn off. Other than that my stay was amazing.

The location of the facility was really good and the privacy of each room was great.

The shower heads needed updating. One of them barely had water pressure. The liquid soap canister was missing, next to the shampoo and conditioner canisters. The lighting in the room could use a little more settings between very bright and very dark.

The bed was super comfortable and big, the pillows were great, the sheets etc. The jacuzzi was fantastic! We loved the lighting and the bubble settings. the mirrors were awesome! We liked how secluded we felt. It was very clean! We will definitely be back.

I didn't like that our bed was not very comfortable also our 1st room shower didn't drain properly and we did say something but the staff that was their didn't do anything until morning when I went and told Liz she was wonderful and she moved us to another room so much better

I liked the shower, jacuzzi and that every room has its own private entrance.
