We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

With that high fee , we have to pay for breakfast and even having internet . Plus they do not do room service fpr daily cleaning at th excuse of upon request that they did not even mention n the beginning !

Then, even after giving him a credit card, he charged our room instead! Also, $125.0” + $10.00 for pet fee was outrageous! It was more than 1/2 the amount I paid for the room!!! I was shocked but my sister should have asked.

United States of Americathere was mold all over the air vent plus the dry wall around it and the only way I realized this was I'm very allergic and know how I react and I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't breathe and my face was all swollen. since I was only staying one night and was flying out early in the morning I just dealt with it.

Breakfast was good. But I asked the desk before finding out that breakfast was included. And the Breakfast buffet was hidden in the restaurant area. I had to be told that buffet style was behind closed doors.

United States of AmericaWiFi was hard to connect to and kept dropping service. It seem very insecure. We kept getting notice on our phones that we were connected to a insecure network. The parking situation was confusing if I went to my car without my room key I had to pay. I did get a refund. The ATM machine was out of money when I tried to use it. Everything else was excellent. Thank you.
The food and service at the restaurant was excellent! The food was great, the teriyaki tofu and the bang bang cauliflower was great. Our servers were kind and accommodating. We had a party of 14 one evening and they handled us very professionally. The hotel us very family friendly. There are lots of things to do throughout the lobby and pool area to keep everyone busy. We had a great time. I highly recommend the Irvine Marriott.
