I was awakened at 11:45 pm and forced to get dressed and come pay because the attendant who check me in didn’t run my credit card. Look no one wants to be woken up in the middle of the night to deal with a payment that your staff didn’t take at check in. Your fault , not mine.

The hallways is filthy needs vacuumed dirty chairs in the rooms, refrigerator looks rusted. Floors in the rooms are nasty and needs mopping. Only get one roll of tissue if you need more you have to personally walk to front desk to get another roll. Plug in sockets are a mile away from the bed . Overall I rate this hotel to be a 3. People smoking weed in the room and you can smell it in other rooms. Terrible

Old broken outdated ac unit, smelled of Marijuana, really small TV that was crooked, horrible channel selection. Paper thin towels. No do not disturb signs.

Management couldn't resolve issue with people who were way to loud from midnight till 3am in the morning. Never had this problem with other motels. That's what police department is for to make folks understand anything past 10pm is quiet time. Otherwise they show them by oliviating the situation.

We arrived in the evening and from the parking lot all the way to the room was dirty, trash everywhere, carpet in hall looked like it had not been vacuumed in weeks, trash all over the parking lot, the floor in our room and bathroom were filthy, I went to Walmart nearby and bought broom and cleaner to clean, sheets were stained, if it hadn't been late and we weren't tired from traveling we would have left and gone somewhere else. The pictures on the booking site are WAY better than this place was in person. There was also alot of police activity all around this place and at the gas station right beside it. It was also very noisy. We will not stay here again. I would not recommend staying here.

Only 2 towels and 1 wash cloth in the room for 3 people, the halls had trash everywhere and there was a pair of underwear left in our bathroom that wasn't ours. We told the front desk about the underwear and they didn't even clean our room. Horrible stay this time, won't stay again

The 2 ND floor was non smoking and it was strong smelling of cigarettes and weed. No hair dryer no coffee pot only 2 towels. I book the room for 4 people. Half the channels on tv has no sound to them. The internet site saids it has breakfast they did not even have coffee in the lobby. Ask why the guy said they have coffee a across the street at the service station. Don't even have a pool!

This property has roaches. Management harasses their guest with law enforcement! I recommend no one to stay at the Oyo.

Was very inconsiderate towards disabled guests I was threatened to have the law called bc I had no assistance ATM and they refused to run my account with a verbal consent. EVERYTHING WAS SO DISTASTEFUL. The hotel manager was rude, disrespectful. Had no housekeeping. Had no breakfast. Had no coffee.

There was absolutely no breakfast. If I would of known how bad mgmt was, housekeeping was no existence. Water from AC covered entire floor next morning. NO COFFEE. The bed was comfortable. EVERYTHING WAS AFUL.

Very nasty staff rude staff and hotel was unclean, people smoking weed. We were promised a 50% refund NEVER got it!

Hated it. Joe at the front desk was rude. We had to move to another room because first room was very unclean the second room the bed was broke and springs were coming out the mattress. First room my husband had been bitten by bed bugs and we took pictures. Chairs in the room were old and dirty. Tub leaked in room 313, holes in the walls
