You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was very nice. We love the cabin itself just need a little updating with the furniture.

United States of AmericaA group of 9 women from Piedmont, Alabama traveling for a women's ministry conference received a text/email that the cabin Jolene Jolene was clean and ready to check-in. We arrived and unload our luggage and grocery, and then realized we didn't have any water. I called and spoke to customer service and was told that I would send someone out but didn't know when. The conference we were attending started at 7:30 p.m. When the gentleman showed up, we were informed that the water bill had not been paid and the water was turned off and the water company would not come out to turn it on. A lady named Megan called from a restricted number and said that they would refund the hot tub charge of about $38 for our trouble. We were then told we'd have to move to another cabin. I wasn't able to call Megan back because she had her number restricted. I called customer service. I was on the phone for hours. We had to move to another cabin after the conference in the middle of the night. The cabin was smelt soured. The carpet around the hot tub upstairs was damp and was soured. The bed in the basement had no sheets and the mattress cover and comforter was stained and dirty. Certain switches had to be left on to have power. The cabin was not clean. I will never use vacasa again and I will not recommend it to anyone. I am so disappointed. I would like to talk to the actual property owners about how their property is being represented. I would also like to talk to them about being refunded.

United States of AmericaLoved the space, but if I had to say one thing I did not like was the two beds in the same large room. it worked out for the teens. Would have been difficult if grandparents went.
Great location. Easy to find. Close to all the adventures we chose to do. The teens loved the pool table and hot tub. Nice and private.
