To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe tile in the shower when wet was slippery and there was no bar to hold on to. There, however, was a bar on the shower door, but when trying to hold on to it, the door easily opens. That is hazardous to some people with balance issues.

The location, the staff was welcoming and kind, and the room was absolutely splendid. It was also close to a bunch of things, so nothing was too far away. Looking forward to next year.

I loved that the hotel is connected to Lucas Oil via a sky walk.

Location! We went for the Morgan Wallen concert. No need to walk outside or get an Uber. You can walk the skywalk all the way to Lucas Oil. Fantastic bar in the hotel, also a Starbucks.

United States of AmericaI have no complaints. I just like to give a heads up and ask for more pillows or bring one of your own if you like a more firm one. The ones provided are very soft.
The parking was easy there is a parking garage right on the property and easy to located where to park for quicker access to front desk. The staff will greet you and make sure you are taken care of as soon as you walk in and they’re friendly. We had booked a king room but were upgraded to a corner suite! The view was absolutely beautiful day and night. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable. During our time that we left the room, it was cleaned up a little and sheets were changed. Room service was easy to navigate online with QR code. We just ordered drinks and was delivered very quickly. There are two restaurants but we only tried out High Velocity. The staff are friendly and appetizers are delicious. The location of the hotel is perfect for downtown activities.
