Shared fridge downstairs and no microwave. Having leftovers from restaurants wasn’t really possible. But it wasn’t a huge issue during my stay. Just a minor thing to keep in mind.

Such a beautiful stay! It’s super close to everything you need without being right on top of the busy nightlife. So quiet and serene. The staff was great, loved the breakfast in the morning and sitting in the garden area. My friend and I would meet up on the hammock balcony at night to chat and enjoy the cool weather. It’s such a unique house and so comfortable. The cleaning ladies were great and it was so refreshing walking in to a clean room everyday, unlike how some hotels are doing by skipping that part. Rooms stayed nice and cool and loved our private balcony and jetted tub. I had the blue room and will 100% stay here again when I’m in key west. It was perfect! The shared pool next door was also a great way to relax after a long hot day and the gardens surrounding the pool were beautiful!

Struggling to find a parking place. Parking on the street is far about 3 blocks away from your rental place. It’s ok for us who don’t mind to walk but other s, they should be considered.

The hot water did not get hot enough in our room. Also, there is a "combo" soap for use in the shower, and no conditioner is provided. There is no coffee pot in the room. There was one downstairs that could be turned on in the am if you went downstairs and turned it on. That was the only coffee though until 8:30 am when breakfast was ready. I went down in the am around 6:20 and others were already sitting down there. I managed to get one cup in this early morning time the whole 3 nights we were there. There definitely needs to be more coffee available in the am and automatic timers should be set on the pots. If you are going on an early morning tour there are no breakfast items available. It would be nice if there were granola bars and fruit to grab if you were going out early.

The location is fabulous. It is very close to all sites. You are able to walk everywhere. The breakfast is good, the rooms are good. Staff is very friendly. Beach towels are available and there is a pool next door that is available for use. The patio that was off our room was very welcoming.

We got attacked by a termite swarm in our room covering the bathroom and into our bed. Staff never cleaned dead bugs from the walls and floor or sprayed the room. Black mold in bathroom and chipped porcelain in bottom of tub. Also no hot tub or sauna as advertised.

I liked everything about the property. no downsides. I didn’t think I would like the fact there weren’t TV’s, but it was nice and quiet! also the fact that it’s an adult only property is even better. we had a nice quiet stay.

We come to key west a couple of times a year and this is now our favorite place we’ve stayed. the location was perfect and a quick walk to everything we like. the room was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed (the ac and felling fan in the rooms were amazing). The breakfast in the morning was great and everyone that works there was helpful and friendly.

parking was a challenge, once we found one our car stayed there till we departed.

we loved the location; it was an easy walk to all the places we wanted to see. It was a quite place away from the crowds. Hospitality was superb, the staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved everything about this Bed and Breakfast, we will be back and we highly recommend it to others.
