Carrying our luggage up the stairs was rather difficult but manageable. The office was closed most of the time during open hours. Never found the community fridge but I know it’s there (loved the idea of it!). Our room was rather dated, but still extremely comfortable and homey.

The condo is very worn; the carpet is matted and pulling away from the tile in the kitchen. The AC unit in the bedroom doesn’t work great.

Not the hotel's fault, given the climate, but we had an issue with cockroaches in our bathroom and kitchen. Management kindly gave us some traps but opening up a drawer to roaches wasn't the most fun experience!

Very close to the beach which is more north that the more popular beaches and very quiet. We were in a downstairs condo but had no issues with noise from the condo above us. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Very good value for money.

Common area cleanliness and upkeep. Unit stairs need cleaning along with general site/landscape cleanup. Unit stairs need maintenance with protruding nails/screws.

Unit located literally steps from the beach. Quiet ac split units in both living and bedroom. Bed was very comfortable and unit quiet. Kitchen well appointed. Sufficient bath and beach towels. Unit updated. View of water from outside deck. Easy parking availability.

The condo we stayed in needs a deep cleaning! Bathroom was dirty! Upholstery needs cleaning. Whoever cleans this particular condo needs to be replaced! We were able to see the other condos at this location and they were much nicer. Must vary from one condo to another.

A laundry room close time of 9 or later accessibility would have been helpful.

The property was well-equipped and comfortable. We also liked the island-appropriate decor. The unit has been nicely-renovated.

The apartment is not super new, is clean but it could be cleaner, aspecially the bathroom.

The condo is in front of the beach, and the apartment has everthing that you need, also to cook. Smart tv is also present and i could connect with my netflix account. Check in and check out well organized.

Great location right on the Sugar Beach. Very nice and clean complex with pool and grills. Plenty of parking space. Close to the groceries and restaurants.

misleading photo, thought the unit was the one directly on the beach. first floor unit (6) SO loud. our neighbors upstairs just waking around, every step is heard and kept us up. pillows uncomfortable. old unit, outdated, dirty.

location. extra little amenities in the condo such as cream and soap. small but helpful. pool is nice. outdoor area beautiful.

Could have used some sprucing up - rust stains in tub, hard to open screen door, marks on walls and baseboards, kitchen faucet leaked if not forcefully turned off. Also, some instructions on operating the dishwasher would be helpful. Tub was very slippery until I finally discovered the tub mat under the sink. (My own fault for not looking! 😞)

Fabulous location! Convenient to the beach and easy drives to many other places on Maui. Comfortable bed and temperature control. Having a laundry area right outside my door also a plus!

The beach isn't great for swimming. The water is murky so you can't see anything with a mask and snorkel. Plan on driving somewhere else to go to the beach.
