The traffic was too loud in our room so we can’t sleep well. The staff was not so friendly.

The location at the see was nice. The room was clean and there was a free parking spot. They have kayaks you can rent for free while you’re staying!

Great place to stay if you intend to go to Bahia Honda State Park. It is about an hour away from Key West. The hotel is right by the side of the road but we did not hear any noise. The free kayaks was definitely a bonus.

I realize the rooms are older,but the bed had to be changed it was broken We were grateful for the bigger shower which was nice, but the bathroom overall was very small. Being taller makes sitting on the toilet, an issue your knees were very close to the wall. No room on the sink area to set anything no shelves .. The TV in the main sitting/ kitchen is way to small.

Location was pretty good. The fishing dock was nice , and the staff pleasant and helpful.

No breakfast available and also no dishes nor cutlery in the room, so it's difficult to have a meal there on spot. It was a little bit loud because we had the room almost directly on the dock and there were people gathering there- having some drinks in the evening and playing quite loud music and in the night there were some guys processing the fishes who also were talking and laughing very loud until late.

Kayak rentals for free and the manatees right there in the dock! Beautiful view from the room on the dock area, swimming pool with the view, helpful staff.

A lot of the chairs outside are broken (near pool and dock), there isnt a table in the pergola near the pool, can't deadbolt the room with the key (when leaving), room type is not clear with the pictures when booking.

The location was good, right off the main highway with direct access to the water. Pool had chairs to lay out and a covered pergola for socializing. Complimentary kayaks on a first come/first serve basis, with the necessary safety equipment.

Beds were only double so pretty tight for two in one bed.

Pool was open until 10 pm. You can fish right off the docks on the premises. Room and linens were clean.

Parking lot was a little tight for larger vehicles but manageable all the same.

The parking was not too good and our neighbor swore that he was parked correctly even though I was told to park angled in. Also, I'm sure I was charged more once we arrived. When I saw two charges once I got home I was told that both were correct and it was due. I will still check on this with my bank and call back once I know for sure. We actually plan on returning, not sure if we should book through the third party again or not.

The furniture in the room was a bit tired and a couple of glasses or mugs would have been nice. But Julia on reception who was always so helpful was able to loan us 2 glasses.

The location by the water with the visiting pelicans and manatee were above my expectations. The other guests were so friendly. The pool was nice ☺️ The laundry was a real help.

Getting in and out of the kayaks was a bit difficult because of the heights of the docks.

Dog friendly. They gave us a wonderful room right near the lagoon. We had manatees outside in the mornings and a great place to sit outside at night and in the mornings. The woman was very helpful in locating 2 parking spaces that were convenient to our unit. We were able to walk to a nearby restaurant one evening. Free use of kayaks.
